The modern and lovingly furnished 64 m² holiday apartment offers plenty of privacy thanks to its separate entrance. Because it’s located in the basement, the apartment stays pleasantly cool even on hot summer days. Two free parking spaces are located right next to the property.

The bright living and dining area is perfect for spending time together. The open, fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for cosy cooking evenings after an eventful day of holiday activities. In the separate bedroom, a comfortable double bed ensures restful nights. Additional sleeping options include a pull-out daybed (1.60 m wide) and an extra sofa bed—ideal for families, friends, or small groups of up to five people.
The modern bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower. Free Wi-Fi and a smart TV are, of course, also available.

A special highlight is the lovingly landscaped guest garden with a covered outdoor seating area. The holiday rental is accessible via an outdoor staircase and is therefore unfortunately not wheelchair accessible. Children should be supervised near the stairs and in the garden.
