Dringend renovierungsbedürftig

Wir fanden das Haus in schmutzigen Zustand vor. Grasreste im Zimmer auf dem Boden, im Bad Haare auf dem Boden und an der Toilette, Waschbecken und Toilette nicht geputzt. Der Herd war völlig versifft, der Backbereich mit Käseresten und Fett beschmiert, auf der Kochfläche waren Fettresten eingebrannt. Jedes Geschirr, was wir benutzen wollten, musste vorher erst einmal gereinigt werden. Das Haus hatte einen unangenehmen Eigengeruch, der in die Sachen einzog. Auch ständiges Lüften half nicht. In der Beschreibung stand, es sei 2023 saniert worden und es verfüge über eine Dusche. Ersteres wurde offensichtlich nur punktuell und nachlässig gemacht. Die »Dusche« war ein Platz von 50 cm Breite, umringt von rostigen Rohren, unmittelbar neben der Toilette mit einer schlecht funktionierenden Fußbodenentwässerung. Eine ekelhafte Angelegenheit. Dieses Objekt sollte vor der nächsten Vermietung generalüberholt werden. Es ist so in keiner Weise zu empfehlen.
