Villa Cape Royal, located in the gated community of the same name, is an oasis far away from the stress of everyday life and the epitome of tranquility. The home is surrounded by a 27-hole championship golf course (designed by Gordon Lewis) and overlooks one of the 22 small lakes in the community. The area is a natural wetland habitat and invites you to enjoy the wonders of nature, especially strikingly beautiful sunsets - or for early risers – sunrises, that magically paint the waters of the lakes in the brightest colors.

Villa Cape Royal fulfills the dreams of everyone desiring a high-end and sophisticated atmosphere and provides plenty of space for up to 6 guests. The very spacious living room will captivate your senses with contemporary style, laid-back elegance and a breathtaking view through a dramatic window front and sliding doors out to the pool and over the lake. The fully equipped kitchen is a paradise for those who enjoy cooking as part of their vacation, and a grocery market, Publix, is only 5 minutes away and famous for their fresh-from-the-gulf Seafood.

The master bedroom, featuring elegant Asian-inspired bamboo design, has direct access to the pool deck and an oversized King-size bed. Both guest bedrooms have spacious King-size beds; one guest bedroom features a TV set. The master bathroom offers a tub as well as a spacious shower; the guest bathroom provides a shower and is also accessible from the pool area.

Enjoy a refreshing swim in the pool, relax in the warm and bubbly Spa (Whirlpool), or choose one of plenty lounge chairs and sunbath poolside. Pool and Spa are electrically heated, and what’s more romantic than a glass of sparkling wine while sitting in a steamy hot tub? A BBQ-Grill is provided for your convenience.

Perfection

Well stocked kitchen. Beautiful quiet.community. The furniture and beds were sooooo comfortable.The outside grounds, pond and privacy were divine. The sunsets breathtaking.

A beautiful place to stay

We had a wonderful holiday at Village Cape Royal. The villa was very clean and well equipped, everything you could possibly need. It was so nice to have had it prepared for our arrival with lights on and music playing. A very quiet location with a very good view of the golf course across the lake. Stephan and Sabrina were very efficient from booking to check out and refund of our deposit. We have been staying in the this area for twenty years (once and sometimes twice a year) and this was probably the best experience of accommodation we have had.

Traumurlaub für Golfer

Die Villa Cape Royal liegt eingebettet in einer traumhaften 27-Loch Golfanlage in Cape Coral!! Die Umgebung der Villa ist für ruhe suchende und Golfer ein Traum. Es ist hier sehr ruhig, am westlich ausgerichteten Pool erlebt man traumhafte Sonnenuntergänge mit Blick auf den kleinen See. Ca. 500 m entfernt befindet sich ein Publix und div. Shops für die kleinen Einkäufe. An der Villa stimmt einfach alles, die Lage, die Ausstattung, der tolle Service von Sabrina und Stephan! Die Villa Cape Royal lässt keine Wünsche übrig: modern, geräumig , tolle Ausstattung die es einem an nichts fehlen lässt, ein riesiger TV, sowie der große Pool mit fantastischem Spa!! Für uns als begeisterte Golfer war es der perfekte Urlaub mit einer perfekten, freundlichen Betreuung durch Sabrina und Stephan. Für uns war es das erste mal in der Villa Cape Royal und wir würden sehr gerne wieder kommen. Lennart, Silke und Jan

Die USA ist immer eine Reise wert, doch dieser Urlaub übertraf alle bisherigen Erfahrungen und Erwartungen! Hierfür möchten wir uns ganz herzlich bei Sabrina und Stephan für ihre tolle Betreuung und die vielfältigen Freizeittips bedanken. Die Villa Cape Royal übertrifft unsere Vorstellung, die Bilder aus Anzeigen aus der Home-Page werden diesem Haus nicht gerecht! Die Lage ist einmalig ruhig, die Räume sind sehr geschmackvoll und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es fehlt einfach an nichts! An dieser Stelle ein herzliches Dankeschön an den Hauseigentümer, das Personal im Hintergrund (Handy- man,Gärtnerehepaar etc.) und vor allem an Sabrina und Stephan!!! Leider sind 2 Wochen in diesem Traumhaus zu kurz,aber getreu unserem Motto: nach dem Urlaub ist vor dem Urlaub, würden wir gerne wieder bei euch buchen. Traumhafter Langzeiturlaub

Wir (Ehepaar 64/68 Jahre) waren zum 2. Mal in diesem wunderschönen Haus und haben auch schon für das nächste Jahr wieder gebucht. Das Haus ist sehr schön auf einem Golfplatz an einem See gelegen, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem Denkbaren ausgestattet. Das Verwalterehepaar war sehr hilfsbereit und herzlich und hat uns wertvolle Tipps gegeben. Wir fühlten uns rundum wohl und freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Aufenthalt.

A little piece of heaven!

Our family just returned from a two week vacation at this beautiful home. Stephan & Sabrina, the booking agents, were exemplary from start to finish in their communication and customer service. We've not been home a week yet and they have already returned my deposit. We arrived at the home late afternoon the first evening to find a welcoming environment set up for us...music playing, lights on and a vista that led your eye from the front door right out to the pool and beautiful lake behind it. The home was very clean with a fully stocked kitchen if you enjoy cooking or baking. Spices and a number of pantry items were left behind for use. Use of the garage was a perk as well! Enjoying the pool and grilling out was just about a daily event except for the rain we encountered week two. Publix is right at the main gate and we enjoyed meals at Miceli's and Red's in Matlacha as well as Marker 92 in Fort Myers. Sanibel & Captiva were day trips we made. Caoe Royal subdivision is one of the nicest and only gated golfing communities in Cape Coral - quiet and well kept and close to everything you need. Super safe! Beds were comfortable but owner should consider replacing the pillows (flat). It was nice to have TV's in our bedrooms and the large HDTV with BlueRay player and surround sound in the great room was enjoyed nightly. Also lots of DVD's to enjoy. The home also had two recliners (something you don't find in most home rentals) in addition to comfortable sofa & chairs. Everything was in working order and well maintained - no problems during our stay. Great to be able to use the washer & dryer! One suggestion for the homeowner might be to add a few bar stools to the kitchen counter where guests can use their laptops since there is no desk. Bath towels were of high quality but you might consider upgrading bed linens to ones with a higher thread count. We highly recommend this property and look forward to being able to stay here again soon!

This villa did what it said on the tin, we had a marvellous time in this gated community, it was peaceful , scenic and serene. The fixtures, fitting and furniture were more than comfortable and this together with the pool made our vacation . If possible we are looking to return for 2014, and would recommend this to family or friends. Stephen & Sabrina made us very welcome and were only a phone call away should we have been in need of their services.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt

Wir waren von Januar bis März (11 Wochen) zu zweit in der Villa Cape Royal. Es war das 3. Haus, das wir in den letzten 6 Jahren in der Community gemietet hatten, deshalb können wir vergleichen. Wir haben für das nächste Jahr wieder gebucht. Ich denke dies ist Urteil genug. Wir waren mit dem Haus, der gesamten Anlage und letztlich mit dem Wetter sehr zufrieden. Es ist alles sehr gepflegt und sauber. Das Haus ist komplett eingerichtet. Angenehm für Golfer ist, dass man nach 15 Uhr preiswert auch mal nur 9 Loch auf der Anlage spielen kann. Ganz besonders zum Wohlfühlen hat der Service des Verwalterehepaares beigetragen. Wenn ein kleines Problem auftauchte, wurde es sofort erledigt, auch Sonntag am Abend.

TOP Villa

Das Haus ist einfach TOP, traumhaft gelegen in einer sehr gepflegten Community. Klasse Ausstattung des Hauses mit allem was man so braucht sehr schöne Aussicht von der Terrasse aus. Abends kann man den Sonnenuntergang geniessen. Wir hatten einen Alligator der uns regelmässig morgens gegrüßt hat plus verschiedene Reiher,Flamingos und springende Fische. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Ort um seinen Urlaub zu genießen! Auch die Betreuung vor Ort durch Sabrina und Stephan war ausgezeichnet!!!! nochmal vielen Dank an Euch Kerstin Armin Malte

Die Villa Cape Royal liegt traumhaft gelegen an einem kleinen See inmitten einer 27-Loch Golfanlage in Cape Coral!! Die Umgebung der Villa könnte besser nicht sein. Es ist hier sehr ruhig, am westlich ausgerichteten Pool erlebt man traumhafte Sonnenuntergänge mit Blick auf den kleinen See. Ca. 500 m entfernt befindet sich ein Publix zum Einkaufen. Nun zur Villa: Wir durften die ersten Mieter dieser Traumvilla sein. Mietzeitraum war 13. - 27.10.10. Hier stimmt einfach alles: die Lage, die Ausstattung, der tolle Service von Sabrina und Stephan!! Die Villa Cape Royal lässt keine Wünsche übrig: helle liebevoll dekorierte Zimmer, tolle Ausstattung die es einem an nichts fehlen lässt, ein riesiger Plasma TV, sowie der große Pool mit herrlichem Spa!! Hier wird man in Kombination mit dem tollen Service der sehr netten Verwalter Sabrina und Stephan einen Traumurlaub verbringen. Katja und Thorsten
