Waterfront Pool Home on fresh water canal boasting of Florida wildlife for outdoor relaxation and entertaining in this almost new home with water views from almost every room!! The sunny southern exposure enhances the solar pool heat. Electric pool heater has been added for those cloudy days to ensure a warm pool experience year round. A full third bathroom with walk-in shower is at poolside! The front entry is screened showcasing the double entry glass doors.
There are cameras outside around the house.. 7 days minimum booking

The reason for the low rating is the water was turned off on our second day of our stay. We had no water for 24 hours. I do not think the owners understood how much that effect our stay. No shower and no toilet !!! We were there to compete in a pickleball tournament.

Great place for a big family

We are a family of 6 with 4 teen children. This place was a great place to stay as a base for exploring SW FL. The pool temperature was great and the place was clean, spacious and comfortable with everything in good condition.

Fun vacation home

Great launching pad for activities and also a nice spot to chill, grill, and lounge by the pool. We enjoyed the quietness of the neighborhood and the cleanliness of the rooms was very appreciated.

We loved staying here. The house was clean and well equipped. Spacious bedroom. The outdoor area with the saltwater heated pool was the best. Would recommend to other families.

Beautiful propery

We stayed here with our 2 kids and loved our time. The outside space with the pool and TV made for some great memories. The beach chairs and umbrella were also great when we did head to the beach. Loved the quiet neighborhood. Definitely recommend staying here.

Great Vacay!

We really enjoyed our 2nd stay here! The home was clean, spacious, and comfy. We enjoyed the pool and the lanai. The property manager was responsive and addressed our needs quickly. We will be back!

Excellent vacation at this location

Seamless communication with management team and they responded quickly with any questions we had. The house was clean, updated and comfortable. Beds were great. Kitchen was large and well stocked with amenities. We even used the gas grill for a steak dinner. The large heated pool was the highlight. Huge outdoor living area with TV. Watched the Super Bowl poolside!! We highly recommend this house and will definitely be back again.

Everything was very organized, good instructions, and home was very nice and clean. Access to stores, entertainment, and Fort Myers was very easy and convenient. The canal and the pool were great, including the iguanas, ducks, and other wildlife in the back yard. Thank you very much!! Everything was great, and we would recommend it to our friends.

Recent VRBO experience

We stayed at this property for a month. The home is well maintained and reasonably well equipped. Beautiful pool and screened lanai. Lots of televisions. It’s on a fresh water canal as well. We did fish a time or two but didn’t catch anything. Fed turtles and ducks. That is all positive. Two negatives. BBQ grill - I used it three times during our stay and it ran out of propane. They replaced the tank and charged me 50. I think it’s ridiculous to charge a guest for propane. And even if they did, I could have obtained a new tank at a local gas station for less than half of this amount. The furniture in the house is very minimalist. Sofa not very comfortable and I thought pretty tired. I guess it’s lower end due to it being a rental.

Got the job done!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The cleanliness of the inside of the property was great. It was a great space for a quick stay for our family of 5, before we went on our beach vacation. We were looking forward to fishing in the canal and swimming in the pool. The canal was not ideal for fishing, we caught 1 bass and a bunch of turtles. The water was just too shallow. The pool and lanai were nice, but needed some attention. There was quite a bit of trash in the lanai. It appeared as if no one had been there in awhile. If that issue were fixed, I’d give it all 5 stars!

Never again

Spiders everywhere, infested out by the pool and several webs inside. No hot water first 2days. It simply hasn’t been maintained properly and wasn’t cleaned prior to our visit. The property management did send someone out for both problems within 2 days but it shouldn’t have been in that shape knowing people were coming to stay. The carpets are uneven and lounging chairs outback were rusted and broken. The “salt water” pool is chlorine not salt. Pool boy came unannounced just went straight through back screen door we didn’t know he was there til we saw him out the back door. There was no privacy. The game table shown in pictures was not there, no books or games anywhere. The shower floor hasn’t been cleaned has mildew in the cracks. They told me I should’ve reported the issues earlier. Like I said it should’ve been known before we came. They haven’t maintained the house.

Hi Jacque! We are very appreciated you for giving us feedback but this is not fair review. We did not get any reports from previous check out. We have sent staff out right after we got the report from you about hot water as well the spiders. Things can happen anytime so you can’t expect like that and we have responded as fast as we could. After that there were nothing else you mentioned until we have notifications from the ring there are more than two guests staying at the house. We have reached out to you and asked for adding additional guests to the reservation due to the house rules not allowing unregistered guests. There are fees for extra guests which you were not happy and starting complained. We just want to make sure you have great stay so we waive all extra guests for compensation which we should not have done that. Things are moving around the house when guest using it so you won’t expect to have everything in the same place and we have reached out to you. We also have guest checked in the same day after your check out and there were not issues at all. By looking at all our past reviews, people are surprised you have turned your review like this.

I mainly chose this property because my son has an allergy to cat and dog dander, the listing stated no pets and it has a private pool and game room. I was pleased upon our arrival that you are requested to take your shoes off at the door. However, it did not take very long at all for our socks to pick up and show all the cat/dog hair from the carpet. One day when we were watching TV there was a reminder that popped up on the screen to remember to take the dog out. There was one small uncomfortable couch that fits 4 people in the living area. The pool needed cleaned and unlike other houses we have rented there was no mention of a scheduled time someone would be there to clean it. We didn’t use the grill because you are charged 50 to use it. The air table/game room was non existent but would have been nice on the rainy day we were there. Several buttons on the microwave did not work. Eating anywhere but in the kitchen/dining room is not allowed, which is ok except that there are already stains on the carpet and it would be nice for kids to be able eat popcorn while watching a movie. The house was nice but I would not call it luxury. Maybe we were just spoiled by previous rentals but for these reasons I will not book again.
