Gorgeous farmhouse in town with all the modern amenities! In quiet area but only a 1 block walk to downtown shops, restaurants, & bars. Just a block to scenic walking & biking trail along the river. 2 bedrooms upstairs & 1 in lower level, all with queen beds. . Relax in the beautiful soaker tub upstairs or shower on the main level. Full kitchen is stocked for all your needs including coffee pot, electric tea kettle, air fryer, crock pot, electric griddle & more. Formal dining as well as casual dining off the kitchen. Separate office on main level. Farmhouse porch with porch swing. Deck on back with fenced in yard. Game room, laundry room. Board games, toys. Off street and on street parking.

Such a lovely, clean property! We had all of the amenities we needed and more. The beds were comfortable, the sheets were crisp and clean. The property was close to downtown Waverly, with all of the cute shops and restaurants. Kathie was excellent to communicate with. Would 100% recommend this beautiful farm house.
