Ferienhaus Rheinsberg

Located directly on Lake Zootzensee - with its own lake access - outside the village, there are 4 holiday homes of different sizes for a total of up to 15 people on the owner's approx. 3,000 m² residential and recreational property. The entire complex is designed to be ecologically/biologically sustainable and has its own biological sewage treatment plant, its own solar power supply and its own well. (Water is suitable for baby food.) There is a restaurant in Zechlinerhütte (approx. 1.5 km), shopping facilities and other catering establishments in Rheinsberg (approx. 7 km).

The extensive property with various seating and sunbathing areas extends to the lake, where all guests have their own jetty, rowing and canoeing boats for hire (for a fee) and fishing opportunities (fishing licence available in Zechliner Hütte). Sufficient parking spaces, bicycle storage and storage areas, barbecue, sun loungers and W-LAN are also available. A large covered communal seating area can be used by all guests to celebrate, chat, barbecue or play table tennis.

The approx. 50 m² non-smoking holiday home for up to 4 adults and 1 baby is divided into two rooms. One entrance leads to a combined living room/bedroom (double bed, two armchairs, wood-burning stove, flat-screen TV), the kitchen (dining area, electric hotplates, fridge with freezer, mini oven, various small kitchen appliances) and the bathroom with shower/WC. The other entrance leads to a second bedroom (double bed, table and two chairs).

The house has insect screens on the windows, a large covered terrace and additional electric radiators.

The total price includes final cleaning, water and normal energy consumption. When using the electric radiators, electricity is charged according to consumption. Please bring your own towels and bed linen or rent them for a fee. Dogs are not allowed. To be paid on site: Tourist tax, if desired: rowing boat 15 EUR/day, paddle boat 25/EUR, laundry package.



The attractive resort of Zechlinerhütte is a district of the town of Rheinsberg and is picturesquely situated between the Schlabornsee and Zootzensee lakes. The wooded and lake-rich surroundings on the edge of the Mecklenburg Lake District and in the Stechlin-Ruppiner Land Nature Park have always been a popular excursion destination and offer numerous opportunities for an active holiday. The area is particularly attractive for water hikers and anglers, as the many bodies of water in the region are interconnected in many ways. Cyclists and hikers can also enjoy an excursion in the undisturbed and tranquil nature of the region, with restaurants, boat and bicycle hire available in the village. The town of Rheinsberg with its famous castle, an old town worth seeing, passenger boat trips and other shopping facilities is approx. 8 km away.
