The closest one, a 5-minute walk from home, is Is fradis, while a 10-minute walk through the pine forest is Lido Tamatete. Renowned bathing establishment with restaurant on the beach, evenings with live music and aperitifs every evening.
The path leading to the beach and kiosks is level and partially shaded by the pine forest.
The house has two double bedrooms on the main floor and one bathroom. The basement has a sitting area with a sofa bed and a room with a French single bed.

The windows of the rooms all have mosquito nets. And the rooms on the pricipal floor have ceiling fans for an optimization of air conditioning recycling.
There are three steps inside the house dividing living and sleeping areas, and a flight of stairs leading to the basement. In the outdoor space there are steps leading to the lowest part of the garden, where there is a driveway. And 4 more steps that lead to the back terrace and the terrace with barbecue.
The terraces are equipped for eating outside, with table chairs and armchairs.
