The holiday apartments in this wooden house, built in 2013 and featuring a natural, homely atmosphere, invite you to relax in a very quiet setting on the edge of the forest. A south-facing balcony in the upper apartment adds to the cosy ambiance. Shopping options are within a 10-minute walk. The surrounding area offers many attractions and activities such as hiking, biking, playing mini-golf, and swimming in the indoor and outdoor pools. The popular Steimel restaurant is right nearby. Various hiking trails branch off from here. If you’d like to combine your holiday with a detox to cleanse your body, mind, and soul, please speak with the host. The upper apartment with a south-facing balcony measures approximately 70 m² and accommodates 1 to 5 people. The cosy living room, featuring a sleeper sofa and a flat-screen TV, invites you to relax. An additional TV is available. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a refrigerator (including a freezer compartment), stove, oven, coffee maker, electric kettle, and egg cooker, leaves nothing to be desired. The bright kitchen, with a large French door, opens onto the balcony, which is furnished with a table and garden chairs and offers a magnificent view. The holiday rental also includes an electric grill, perfect for enjoying cosy evenings, especially in the summer. The holiday rental has two bedrooms, one of which is furnished with a double bed. The spacious bathroom, featuring a shower, mirrored cabinet, sink, hair dryer, and towel warmer, rounds out the overall experience. A washing machine is also available here for doing your laundry. Wi-Fi and the parking space in front of the house are available free of charge. Use of the infrared sauna and branded crystal mat can be booked as an add-on upon request. Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Check-out is from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys are handed over in person on-site. Pets are allowed upon request. A fee of 4 EUR per pet per night will be charged. A cot can be provided upon request (free of charge). Payment is due on-site upon arrival. 20% of the total price may be charged at any time after booking. Long-term bookings are possible. A heating surcharge applies starting October 1.
