The unit was stunning, great view , close to everything, centrally located for traveling and viewing the Algarve. Will definitely recommend this place .

We had an amazing stay at this property! From the moment we arrived, everything was just as described (and even better in person). The home was spotless, well-stocked with everything we needed, and incredibly comfortable. The private rooftop patio was a definite favorite.The host was very responsive and accommodating, making check-in and communication smooth and easy. We especially appreciated the heated towel rack and the charcoal bbq (especially during the country widepower outage), lolThe location was ideal—walking distance to restaurants, shopping and beach. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, hassle-free stay.Thank you for a wonderful experience!

We enjoyed a month at Casa Peixe Durado in beautiful Carvoeiro. We had our brother and sister in law join us for 10 days. We enjoyed all the Algarve had to offer and also travelled to Lisbon and Seville during our stay. The townhouse has very clean large bedrooms upstairs and a lovely open kitchen and gathering area downstairs. The rooftop space is brilliant and we made use of the built in charcoal BBQ. Easy parking just outside the door. We would happily return!

Great location for access to one of the best villages in the Algarve, Carvoeiro. Be prepared for the more than moderate walk down into town but it is well worth it. The property has been updated and we were very comfortable with everything we needed at our disposal. The property is on the ground floor with a patio overlooking the pool but not much else to view. Mini markets a very short walking distance away with a multitude of supermarket options a short drive (10 minutes at most) near Lagoa. Would definitely recommend for a longer stay.

We travelled from Eastern Canada. This was our first time in Portugal. Our stay was from 1 Feb until 29 Feb 2024. before our arrival the owner sent us all the pertinent information. We loved the condo. It was spotless with 2 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, lovely kitchen with new appliances including a washer and dryer combo. We loved the dining and living room area with comfortable furniture. The deck had a large dining table and chairs and we very much enjoyed the glorious sunshine in the afternoon, This rental is a 5 star for sure. The location was great. I would recommend this rental. The owner is kind and caring for which we were grateful.

We stayed in this townhouse for 12 days at the beginning of February and loved every minute! The downtown is just a short walk away, however be prepared as the roadway is very steep! The unit is spacious and well equipped. The outdoor areas were well maintained and tidy. On our arrival we were met by Emma the property manager, who gave us a walk through of the townhouse and explained many of the details in the unit and exterior areas. This is a nice touch and was greatly appreciated since we didn't need to figure things out on our own. Emma was also very responsive to messages if we had a question or concern. The unit was very cold on our arrival and took several days to warm up since the heat hadn't been on prior to our arrival. Emma provided us with a space heater for the kitchen and this helped immensely. Once the unit was warmed up, the high humidity became apparent with the bedding feeling damp and laundry took days to dry. A dehumidifier would be a great addition. The rooftop terrace was a wonderful space to relax and enjoy the views. The sail on the terrace was very noisy on a windy day and the sound reverberated through the entire unit. At midpoint in our stay, there was maid service that included cleaning the indoor spaces and changing the bedding. A little more attention to the shower cleaning would be appreciated. All in all this is a great property and we would return in the future.

The pics of the apartment and description are accurate. It is bright and well maintained. We travelled with a friend who knew the location of Colina Verde but without him we would have struggled to find it. We found it difficult not having heat in the kitchen and bathroom with renting during the winter months. The Property Manager, Kate was quick to respond to our requests and overall we were very satisfied. Carvoeiro is very hilly and it is quite a climb to walk back to the apartment from town but we enjoyed the challenge!
