Ruhiges Haus, große Räume und großer Garten. Schöner Kamin. Nähe zum Starnberger See. Gute schriftliche und telefonische Kommunikation mit dem freundlichen Vermieter. Die Einrichtung ist sehr zusammengewürfelt und hat das Flair eines Hobbyraums der 70er Jahre. Terrasse und Garten leider ungepflegt, die Gartenmöbel grösstenteils defekt. Der Preis war dafür relativ hoch. Man könnte sehr viel mehr aus den Räumen und dem großen Garten machen. Wir hatten dennoch ein angenehmes Aufenthalt.

Ruhige Oase im Wald

In die Jahre gekommenes Luxus-Haus an Traum-Lage, das Stück für Stück von der nächsten Generation neu belebt wird. Große Räume, alle mit eigenem Zugang in den schönen, gepflegten Garten. Sehr nette Vermieter, gute Kommunikation. Tolle Lage, gute Bahn-Anbindung nach München oder Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Die Vintage Einrichtung strömt leider entsprechenden Duft aus, daran darf man sich nicht stören. Matratzen ebenfalls teils erneuerungsbedürftig und kein Whirlpool, daher insgesamt 4 von 5 Sternen. Wir würden das Haus aber bedenkenlos Freunden empfehlen!
