In the centre of the Croisic peninsula and its wild coastline, close to La Baule, Le Pouliguen and Guérande, this is an ideal place to recharge your batteries between the sea and the salt marshes: La Baule and Guérande are 20 minutes away, Saint Nazaire 30 minutes and Nantes 1 hour.



The house has 2 floors and a surface area of 180m2. It sleeps 8 people and has 4 bedrooms.



It has a small courtyard and a lovely enclosed garden, shaded in summer.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

The deposit must be paid by cheque when the keys are handed over.

The cheque will be returned after the inventory of fixtures.

Sheets and towels can be hired, to be ordered before arrival and paid for on site.
