Dear Guests, our vacation rental welcomes you and your beloved four-legged friends year-round in a warm, family-friendly atmosphere and a unique location on the Obersalzberg. Our apartment is situated at approximately 1,000 meters above sea level, surrounded by a wonderfully peaceful natural setting. From our balcony, you can enjoy the view of the countryside in every season and escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life in the tranquility of nature.
The Obersalzberg and the Berchtesgaden region are the ideal starting point for numerous hiking trails of varying difficulty levels and motorcycle tours in the summer. In winter, the Obersalzberg is perfect for cross-country skiing and sledding.

We’d be happy to welcome you and up to two dogs. We charge 15.00 EUR per dog per night.

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor (top floor) of an apartment building and is equipped with air conditioning.
The apartment faces south. Only a small hiking trail runs past the apartment.
Nearby attractions include: Königssee, the Nazi Documentation Center with the Kehlsteinhaus, the Rossfeld Panorama Road, the Haus der Berge, the Royal Palace of Berchtesgaden, and the Salzburg Zoo.
For sports activities, you’ll find nearby: a large golf course, a natural swimming pool, a toboggan run (summer and winter), numerous hiking trails, and the Rossfeld family ski area.
There are also alternatives for bad weather: two large salt mines, the Berchtesgaden Thermal Baths, and Bad Reichenhall. Salzburg, Hallein, and Bad Reichenhall are also just a short drive away.
