The apartment itself is spacious, well-equipped, and situated in an excellent location. While our 10-day stay was okay overall, it was unfortunately compromised by two distinct issues: foot traffic noise from above and a highly disappointing management experienceFirst, prospective guests should note that sound insulation between floors is poor. The tenant on the third floor directly above wakes at 5:30 AM, and every movement is transmitted clearly to this apartment until they leave at 7:30 AM. Combined with 35-degree summer heat, the resulting lack of sleep made parts of the stay quite difficult.Second, the management service experience was unacceptable. Ahead of our arrival, I communicated to coordinate early access (90mins) to the property specifically to store a pre-ordered birthday cake in the fridge. Upon arrival in Dinard, not only was the key unavailable, but the office was closed. To make matters worse, no one answered the emergency contact number listed on their office door. We were left waiting in 35-degree heat with a melting 60th birthday cake. When the office finally opened at 16:00 and we obtained the keys, we arrived at the apartment only to find the refrigerator had been left turned off.While the physical property is perfectly fine, managements poor communication, lack of responsiveness, and failure to prepare the apartment basic essentials (like a cool fridge in mid-summer) heavily let down what should have been a seamless
