The lower floor includes a small apartment with a bathroom and two additional single beds. Enjoy an unforgettable vacation in this villa in Dènia! The minimum age for making reservations is 30 years old. The ID of the contract holder will be requested for verification on the day of check-in.

The Space:
A fully equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, oven, ceramic hob and cooking utensils for daily cooking. The house has a total of 5 air conditioners with hot and cold function, smart TVs, stereo, 2 sun loungers, garden furniture in front of the pool and on the porch of the house, a seating area with table and chairs in a gazebo, a bar with high chairs in the garden, outdoor shower, a gas grill, a washing machine, dryer, awnings and much more ... Bed sizes: 1 double bed 150x190 cm, a double bed 180x190 cm and a sofa bed 140x190 cm. In the downstairs flat there are x2 extra single beds 90x190 cm. Private parking spaces for 3 cars in the driveway and an additional parking space in the garage to protect your car from the weather. There is also enough space for parking on the street.

Guest Access:
We will contact you approximately one week before your arrival to confirm your arrival time and the address of the house and send you the check-in form. On the day of arrival, we will meet you at the house at the agreed time to show you around.

The Neighborhood:
Located at the highest point of the Marquesa V, an area that receives sun all day long. This area of El Montgò is ideal for winter and summer. In summer the area stays cooler than the houses closer to the centre as it receives the sea breeze coming directly from the Mediterranean Sea. In winter the villa receives more hours of sunshine than the houses located just below the mountain. Only 6 Km from the beach of Dènia and 6,4 Km from the golf course of La Sella. The nearest airports are Valencia and Alicante, 100 km away.

Other Things to Note:
Bed linen and towels are included in the price. The use of the internet is free of charge. A daily electricity consumption of 17kWh is included in the rental price. Above this consumption will be charged at 0,30€/kWh. In addition, a security deposit of 200 € must be paid.

- Price for one dog: €50. For more than one dog, please inquire.

For direct bookings: The first payment, equal to 30% of the total amount (excluding optional extras), is due with the booking confirmation, the balance 30 days before arrival. The bank may ask you to authorise the full payment. This is because 30% of the first payment will be charged automatically, and the second payment will be scheduled to be charged to the same card 30 days before check-in.

Interaction with Guests:
After booking, you will receive a confirmation message to your E-Mail/Chat and within 10 minutes you will receive the contract to be signed by the credit card holder. The contract serves to comply with regional legislation, as well as to protect the guest, agency and owner, so it does not include anything that is not already specified in the advertisement. If you do not receive the contract automatically, it is probably because you do not have an account in Spanish, English, French or German, so we will have to send you the contract manually during our working day. Approximately one month before your arrival we will contact you to let you know that you must pay the remaining amount and we will ask you a few questions to better prepare your arrival. For bookings of less than 11 nights, we will ask all guests to send us their ID's, in compliance with regional regulations. Shortly before your arrival we will contact you by instant messaging to facilitate communication.

Wir haben als Familie ( Eltern, drei Teenager, Hund) einen rundum schönen Urlaub in diesem tollen Haus verbracht. Die Kommunikation mit der Objektverwaltung hat wunderbar, bereits im Vorfeld, geklappt. Wir haben ein sauberes, gut eingerichtetes Haus bezogen- gepflegte Einrichtung, innen wie außen, alles nötige und mehr ist vorhanden! Da das Haus oben auf einem Berg liegt, weht immer wieder ein schöner Wind, bei fast 40 Grad sehr willkommen. Überall auf dem Grundstück findet man Sitzmöglichkeiten um, wenn gewollt, mit dem Schatten zu wandern. Der Pool ist sehr gepflegt und größer als er auf den Bildern wirkt. In ca. 15 Minuten Autofahrt ist man im Zentrum von Denia, wo einem viele Möglichkeiten der Freizeitgestaltung geboten werden. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.
