In 2023 refurbished house with 3 terraces only 150m from the sandy beach
In May 2023 completely refurbished terraced house in Denia, 150m from the beach and 10 min. by car from the centre of Denia.
This house with modern interior has a combined living/dining room with a fireplace and an open-plan kitchen, 3 bedrooms (1 double bed, 4 single beds) and 2 bathrooms.
3 different outdoor areas enable you to enjoy the sun and relax outside.
On the ground floor you will find an open living-dining area with a fireplace and a fully equipped modern kitchen with Bosch electrical appliances.
From here you step onto the covered loggia with a large dining table, a small seating area, direct access to the communal garden and a fantastic view of the pool.
Up a flight of stairs is the entrance to the house and the master bedroom with 2 single beds, a walk-in closet and a bathroom with shower.
Up a further flight of stairs there are 2 further bedrooms (1 with a double bed, 1 with 2 single beds), which share a common balcony with beautiful views of the garden and pool, as well as a modern bathroom with shower.
The conclusion is a sunny roof terrace with sea views and a large seating area.
In the basement you will find the washing machine and folding chairs for the beach and garden.
During the complete renovation in May 23, we paid particular attention to functional and modern furnishings. There are air conditioning (hot/cold) and ceiling fans in the living room and all bedrooms.
The smart TV in the living room has Netflix and a satellite connection so that you can watch German-language programs even on vacation.
Of course, free WiFi is also available.
You can park your car on the ramp in front of the garage.
90km from the international airports in Valencia and Alicante
Within 500 m there is a large supermarket, a pharmacy and a bus stop.
In less than 100m you will find the very nice beach bar/restaurant "El Chiringuito" with excellent food/drinks.
Various types of watersports are available at the beach and within a radius of 40 km there are 15 golf courses.
