Great stay in El Capistano
The property was well located with easy access to the centre of Nerja with a forty minute (downhill) walk. The apartment is located next to the bus stop which runs every hour and costs 1 euro each person to get to the centre. A taxi home was 7/8euros. Pools and snack bars/restaurant are also closely located. The apartment is well equipped with cooking facilities etc. and sun beds are available around the pool/s at 3.5 euros a day. The TV has a wide array of channels in English inc. movies and sports. Air con is good in the living area but having none in the bedroom made it hard to sleep although fans are available. There are a number of steps both down and up to the property, which less mobile people may find problematic but generally fine for most people.The property had no washing machine but the management team responded quickly to provide additional towels and bedding. Trying to find the property late in the evening was difficult and without the help of the taxi driver we could have been wandering around for an hour!!. Better information on how the Air con worked (booster hidden behind a curtain!!) would be of benefit, but again, the management team were responsive to provide assistance the next day. Good holiday overall and provided good value for money overall. We would stay again if we return.
