About this property

Vacation House 'El Rancho Grande' with Cocktail Pool, Parking and BBQ

Located in a rural neighborhood near Caminito del Rey and less than an hour from places such as: Torcal, Antequera, Ronda, Malaga, beaches, Costa del Sol, airport, etc.. Ideal for couples and families or small groups of friends. Perfect for digital nomads looking for a quiet place to work.



The space:

Cozy independent ground floor house type villa with parking and private patio, Picuzzi pool (Cocktail type), barbecue and fireplace.

It is distributed in a large central living room - kitchen, 2 bedrooms and bathroom. The house was completely renovated in 2022.

The house is managed directly by us the owners.



Services and common areas:

Swimming pool and barbecue available all year round. Fireplace only in cold season.

It also has: 2 mountain bikes, TV 65" with NETFLIX, sound system in patio, Alexa, electric vehicle charging socket, home automation, alarm, air conditioning and heating in all rooms, desk to work, WiFi 100 Mb, etc..

The house, pool, patio, access and parking are totally independent for the exclusive use of the guests. There are no common or shared areas.



Other noteworthy aspects:

It is located in a small rural neighborhood with railroad halt, walking there is only a bar nearby so it is necessary to use vehicle to go to supermarkets, restaurants etc..

Rural environment, in the courtyard you can hear dogs, roosters and also neighbors who may have a party or barbecue. The interior of the house has good soundproofing.

The train passes nearby but hardly causes any inconvenience, it only passes during the day and the traffic is scarce.

Un lugar excelente para desconectar y descansar!

Pros: El alojamiento igual que en la descripción, muy limpio todo 👏. El anfitrión muy amable y muy preocupado nuestro bienestar ( incluso hayamos podido hacer el recorrido por El caminito del Rey gracias a su ayuda ♥️). La piscina privada perfecta para refrescarse a todas horas, no tengo nota máxima porque la más grande es 10 y me parece muy pobre evaluarla así... Por el Manuel más de 💯 , gracias por todo.

Todo perfecto y nuevo

Pros: Todo en general estuvo genial, todo muy limpio y nuevo, las habitaciones muy bien preparadas todo conectado con Alexa la television tenia netflix gratis y Disney plus tambien, todo genial y la piscina aunque pequeña para 2 personas era ideal, muy recomendable Cons: Nada, excepto que paso el tiempo demasiado rapido :)
