Located near Belmonte, Solar Rubina – Saltwater Pool offers you fantastic views of the countryside and mountains. This two-story property features a living room with a sofa bed for 2, a well-equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms (one with a baby cot), a bungalow with bunk beds, a caravan for 4 more guests, and 2 bathrooms (one with 2 showers). Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), TV, air conditioning, and dishwasher/washing machine.



Enjoy the garden and private saltwater pool during the week, terrace, balcony, barbecue, outdoor shower, and a ping-pong table. On weekends and holidays, the garden and pool may be shared. With a standard booking, the house accommodates up to 8 guests on the first floor, with 3 double beds, 1 single bed, and a sofa bed in the living room. By adding an extra double room, up to 10 guests can stay. For larger groups (up to 12), the bungalow with bunk beds is available, and in summer, an extra caravan can host 4 more guests.



The downstairs lounge and outdoor areas can be rented for events, birthdays, and family gatherings. Professional catering is available on request.



The property is fenced and located in a peaceful, pleasant area, close to attractions such as Serra da Estrela, Belmonte, Torre Centum Celas, the historic villages of Sortelha and Monsanto, and the Zezêre River. Free parking is available. Families with children are welcome. Pets and smoking are not allowed. Bicycles, a quad, and a small motorbike are available to rent on request for an extra charge.
