Outside this amazing villa, you will find a swimming pool of 9.5mx4m and a depth range from 1.20m to 2.10m which will be ideal for cooling off on the hottest days after sunbathing on the sun loungers. You will be able to cook exquisite delicacies thanks to the barbecue available on the property or have a drink in the outdoor dining area together with your companions. The facilities are totally private, but be aware that there are neighbors around you, so privacy is partial.

Inside this two-storey villa, you will find spacious rooms that will allow you to relax comfortably. On the ground floor, a beautiful living-dining room equipped with Smart TV will be the ideal place to get together. The kitchen, with a ceramic hob, has all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably. When it comes to sleeping, the villa has 4 bedrooms located on the ground floor, two with two single beds and two with double beds. A total of 3 bathrooms occupy the room, two with shower and one with bathtub. Upstairs there is an extra room with 3 single beds. This accommodation has fans, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. If you are traveling with your baby, we can provide a cot and high chair.

- Check-in time is from 16.00 and check-out time is until 10:00.
- We cannot accept guests under 30 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.
- Consult the advertiser for possible charges.
- Pets are not allowed.
- The holding of events is forbidden.
- There is exterior parking for 2 cars.
- Tourist license: ETV/610
- The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid in cash on-site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
- Please note that youth groups and parties are not allowed.
