There is 1 step at the main entrance.
To access the lawn, you can travel down a long gravel slope or stone steps. The downstairs door has 2 steps.
Our indoor staircases have sturdy rails.
There are bathtubs upstairs, and a standard shower downstairs, large enough to fit a shower chair if you bring your own.

SUSTAINABILITY is core to our beliefs.
- We offset our energy usage with solar power. Together with whole-house batteries, they ensure even rare power outages have a minimal impact on your stay.
- You`ll find reclaimed wood throughout the house, including the sauna and sunroom, bedroom closet doors, master bed frame (West Elm `Alexa`), and downstairs bar tables are reclaimed wood from a bowling alley.
- The roof is metal, not asphalt, providing clean runoff.
- We use only all natural cotton sheets and towels.
- Recycling and compost waste. (This isn`t the city - we pay extra to have these!)
- We donate our damaged and stained towels to the local dog shelter
- We repair before we replace
- We are members and active volunteers at our local tool library (Shoreline).

NEARBY
- We are in rural Washington, with plenty of local farm stands, florists, and artisan shops in the area.

- Wenberg County Park on Lake Goodwin. - 8 minutes.

You have access to the whole house, except the locked workshop. Please do not use the downstairs kitchen.

For your safety, we have locked the gates to the fenced-off slope behind the house, and the fenced-off dirt slope beheind the playground.

Contact us through the Airbnb app. If you ring the video doorbell, we can also assist you that way, though it is less reliable.
