The modern and comfortably furnished two-room apartment “OSTSEEPERLE” (approx. 56 m²) on the ground floor offers a high level of comfort and is fully furnished. The flooring in the living areas is high-quality vinyl with an elegant wood-grain finish; the bathroom and toilet are tiled.

The holiday apartment sleeps a total of 3 people.

From the hallway, which features a coat rack and mirror, you can easily access all the rooms in your holiday apartment.

The modern and tastefully furnished living/dining room features a separate seating area with a comfortable (pull-out sleeper) couch, armchairs, and a coffee table, as well as a separate dining table with chairs and a sideboard. From the living room, you have direct access to the approximately 12 m² sunny terrace (facing southwest) with patio furniture and a large awning. Here you can relax and unwind surrounded by greenery and enjoy the balmy summer nights in peace with a good glass of wine!

For your entertainment, the holiday rental is equipped with a modern flat-screen TV and a stereo system. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi (subject to availability—in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, we assume no liability for any disruptions).

The open-concept kitchen-living area includes a fully equipped, high-end built-in kitchen with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, oven, exhaust fan, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The bright and cosy bedroom is furnished with a comfortable box-spring double bed (2 x 90 cm x 200 cm), nightstands with bedside lamps, a spacious closet, and a stool.

The pull-out sofa bed in the living room provides an additional comfortable sleeping option for a third person. To ensure a good night’s sleep, both the bedroom and the living room are equipped with blackout curtains or blinds.

The Mediterranean-style bathroom features a shower with a (senior-friendly) walk-in design, a sink, and a large wall mirror, a hair dryer, a makeup mirror, a toilet, underfloor heating, a towel radiator, and plenty of storage space.

In addition, the apartment includes a spacious storage room for suitcases and luggage.

You can hang your jackets on the coat rack (with a mirror) in the apartment’s entryway, and there’s plenty of space for your shoes in the storage room.

A shared (coin-operated) washing machine and dryer are located in a separate building outside the residential complex and are available for use by all guests.

You can park your car for free in a parking space (carport) belonging to your apartment, right next to the building; your bicycles can be stored dry and secure in a separate bike shed on the residential complex grounds. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop located right near your residential complex. Upon request, the bicycles can also be delivered directly to your holiday rental.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment!

In the interest of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the terrace for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

A linens package (complete bed linens—the beds will already be made, one large bath towel, two hand towels, a shower mat, and a tea towel) can be booked as an initial supply for an additional fee.

The apartment rate is based on occupancy by a maximum of 3 people.

Deviations from the specified requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting our staff by phone.
