Gemütliche Wohnung in ausgezeichneter Lage. Sehr sauber, sehr ruhig, da die Wohnung in den Hinterhof führt. Tiefgarage etwas ungewohnt, aber nach erster Gewöhnung problemlos nutzbar. Küchenausstattung etwas dürftig, wer regelmäßig kocht, sollte eine großes Schneidebrett und evtl. kleine Löffel mitbringen

Die Lage und Sauberkeit des Appartment war top. Schön eingerichtet. Die Ledercouch find ich persönlich super. So kann man evtl. Fettflecke von den Kindern schnell abwischen. Nur wenige Gehminuten zum Strand. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in ca. 5 Minuten zu erreichen . Die Tiefgarage war für mich auch voll ok. Hatte mich am Anfang etwas ängstlich, wegen den übereinander stehenden Stellplätzen. War aber gar nicht so schlimm. Würde auf jeden Fall gerne wieder kommen.
