Country House 'Margasol' with Mountain View, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

Margasol is the Villa with which you will fully enjoy nature and well-being.



In the heart of Sierra Norte, Margasol is a detached house 2.5 km from Pedrezuela (Madrid) with easy access to all services (restaurants, supermarkets, bakery ...). The environment invites you to enjoy nature, with activities such as canoeing, climbing, hiking...



Oriented with fantastic views created for relaxation and pleasure, being one of the elements best valued by our guests.



The interior of the house is very bright and all rooms are spacious. Thanks to its features: fireplace in the living room, large kitchen-dining room and two terraces you will enjoy comfortable and convivial days. Although we maintain a rural format, the house has modern and quality facilities.



The plot has a large swimming pool with diving board (open 15/6 to 15/9), which will make the kids and adults enjoy (in winter it is covered). The pool has a saline chlorinator that avoids the use of chemicals, avoiding discomfort to skin and eyes and helping to reduce the impact on the environment.



In a large garden you will find a playground for the little ones; variety of trees. The barbecue and the wooden porch will make you spend great moments with family and / or friends.





RULES OF COEXISTENCE:

*As there are adjoining plots, the usual rules of coexistence must be respected, mainly:

- During the whole day it is not allowed to play music outdoors.

- During the hours of the siesta (between 15h00 and 17h00) and the night from 23h00, the noises will be minimal (no music or loud voice), according to municipal ordinances.



CAPACITY CONDITIONS:

*Maximum capacity of 8 adults and the remaining seats are reserved exclusively for children.



Smoking, playing music outdoors, and celebrating events are not allowed.
