Petite villa au calme dans la pinède avec tout le confort nécessaire. Nous y avons passé 3 semaines et notre souhait était calme+confort , un sans faute...propriétaires ouverts et sympathiques , a recommander.

Charmante location plain pied dans la pinède

Le descriptif et la situation correspondent à l'annonce, l'appartement est très bien aménagé, pratique, terrasse agréable . Plages, commerces et animations à proximité. La résidence est très calme et ombragée dans la pinède et voisinage très sympathique.

Bonne impression générale

Après avoir passé la 2ème quinzaine d'août 2012 dans cet appartement, nous avons reloué 3 semaines à partir du 22 juin de cette année puis une seconde période de 2 semaines à partir du 31 août. Situation calme dans la pinède, voisins très agréables, appartement propre situé en rez de jardin avec belle terrasse, mobilier, appareils electro-ménagers, climatisation et ustensiles de cuisine en bon état. Seul le pommeau de douche et sa barre de fixation mériteraient à être remplacés. Pour les amateurs de bonne cuisine, nous recommandons le restaurant " La Jetée " situé au port. Aucune comparaison avec les restaurants de plage où c'est l'apprenti cuisinier ou le plombier de service qui est au fourneau. Pour les familles avec enfants, il y a un parc d'attractions au Cap d'Agde même. Pour les adultes, shopping à Beziers ou balade à Pezenas et pour les plus courageux, les Gorges d'Héric à Mons la Trivalle méritent vraiment un grand détour. Situées à 76kms du Cap, elles peuvent se visiter soit à pied, soit en petit train. Paysage magnifique et nombreux trous d'eau pour se baigner.
