The house accomodates 10 people compfortably with a total of 5 bedrooms (2 on ground level), each equipped with a king-size bed (one of which can be converted into two single beds).

There are 4 bathrooms, one of them with a bathtub, and an additional guest toilet.

The ground floor offers a spacious and inviting open plan living area. Amenities such as a fireplace, modern TV with Sonos Soundsystem and streaming options, WiiConsole, books, puzzles and board games provide a good opportunity to relax indoors for the rare occasion of bad weather.

The fully equipped kitchen, which includes a coffee machine, dishwasher and stand mixer, opens onto the dining area and invites you to indulge in some serious cooking.
Adjacent to the kitchen is a utility room with a washer-dryer, iron and beverage refigerator.

The first bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and the guest toilet are also situated on the ground floor.

Upstairs there are three further bedrooms and two bathrooms as well as an office with a desk, computer screen and printer (600 Mbit Fibre).

The final bedroom is located in the annex, a 32 m^2 one room apartment with separate entrance including its own small kitchen, sitting area and bedroom for a little more privacy.

A large covered terrace with outdoor dining table provides a wonderful spot for al fresco dining.

The 4x12m pool can be heated. In addition to the pool deck with its comfortable sun loungers, there is a also a covered lounge area - the Auvent - where you will find some fun pool equipment.

Upon request, your concierge Christan will arrange for a spectacular outdoor cinema experience to be enjoyed from the pool or the deck.

Uniquely, there is also an astronomical observatory on the grounds, which you can gain access to if you can prove that you that know your way around a telescope, for example by presenting a membership certificate from an astronomy club older than 2 years.
