Insgesamt ein akzeptabler Aufe...
Insgesamt ein akzeptabler Aufenthalt.In der Preisklasse hatten wir keine hohen Erwartungen. Zumal Klimaanlage und Pool eher in den höheren Preisregionen wiederzufinden sind.Das ist hier der größte Pluspunkt. Jedoch waren wir die einzigen in dem Haus, beidenen die Klima auch funktionierte. Auch bröckelt hier und da der Grill oder die Bodenfliesen im Aussenbereich. Von 10 Liegen waren nur 6 vorhanden, davon eine defekt. Bei so vielen Parteien im Haus ein Witz. Ein Schirm von zweien war ebenfalls defekt, wurde jedoch kurzerhand getauscht. Glücklicherweise sind wir uns Mit den anderen Bewohnern nicht in die Quere gekommen, da Tagsüber alle unterwegs waren. Die Sauberkeit war i.O.. In der Wohnung als auch im Pool. Die Kuchenausstattung war so mager wie in kaum einer Wohnung.Mit etwas Investition könnte man aus diesem Objekt wirklich schönes Haus machen.Das fängt bei den Gartenmöbeln an, geht über eine vernünftige Terassenüberdachung im Gemeinschaftsbereich und endet bei kleinen Wartungen.Unsere Markise hing z.B. krum.

Nicht unbedingt empfehlenswert...
Nicht unbedingt empfehlenswert, TV und Duschbrause defekt. Aber das größte Problem war die untergebrachte Handwerker Kolonne, die sich sehr rücksichtslos bis abends spät und ab 5:30 Uhr verhalten haben.Wir haben die Rückreise 2 Tage eher angetreten. Reisetipps: Sehr schöne Landschaft mit sehr vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten.

Die Sat-Anlage, die wegen eines Unwetters ausgefallen war, wurde zeitnah
repariert. Der Duschkopf wurde
überprüft, es wurden keine Defekte festgestellt.

Super tolle Apartmentanlage di...
Super tolle Apartmentanlage die bestens für Familien geeignet ist! Man hat eine gute Grundausstattung in der Küche, es ist aber empfehlenswert Sachen wie:Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, scharfe Messer mitzunehmen. Eine Waschmaschine ist leider nicht vorhanden, aber Chantalle hat ohne wenn und aber unsere Handtücher gewaschen. Das Apartment für bis zu 3 Per.ist etwas klein,deswegen nehmen wir nächstes Jahr das große:–) Reisetipps: Opatja....auf halber Strecke ist ein Panorama Hotel mit Traum Ausblick und super Küche. Lipica (Slowenien)Die Bootsfahrt mit der Queen of Rabac. Umag sowie Lovren (richtung opatja)....was nicht so schön ist,dass man für ca 120 km gute 4 std fahrt braucht, (nach Lipica zu den Lipizzaner Pferden) da es nur durch die Serpentinen geht.Empfehlenswert für die An und Abreise ist über den Wurzenpass zu fahren und nicht durch den Karawankentunnel! Denn dort kommt ohne Probleme und langen Staus über die Grenze.

Sehr nette Vermieter! Bei jeden Problem, bei uns z.b. die Glühbirn von Terrassenlampe war defekt und wurde sofort ausgetauscht. Schöner Pool der auch täglich gereinigt wird. Die Gartenanlage ist gepflegt und optimal für Kids.

Komplett eingerichtete schöne Ferienwohnung mit tollem Meerblick. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Bis zum nächsten Jahr.... Reisetipps: Die Umgebung von Rabac ist wunderschön.
