In the district of Bibione-Lido dei Pini 900 m from the centre of Bibione, on the outskirts, 13 km from the centre of Lignano, 100 km from the centre of Venezia, 700 m from the sea. For shared use: natural state property with trees. In the house: bicycle rental. Grocery, restaurant 300 m, bus stop 160 m, railway station "Latisana (Milano-Venezia-Triest)" 21 km, sandy beach 700 m, thermal baths "Bibione Thermae" 2.6 km. Golf course (18 hole) 11 km. Nearby attractions: Oasi Naturalistica Val Grande - Bibione. The owner does not accept any groups. Beach service: During summer season 1 parasol and 2 deck-chairs per apartment included in the price.

Unterkunft war gut ausgestatte...

Unterkunft war gut ausgestattet. Service war kompetent und freundlich. Strandservice war inclusive. Schneller Check in , trotz starkem Anreiseverkehr. Für Familien sehr empfehlenswert! Auffallend ist die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der BewohnerBibiones. Achtung, komplizierte Parkregeln in der Stadt, kann teuer werden

Es waren nicht ausreichend Gar...

Es waren nicht ausreichend Gartenmöbel vorhanden. Ein Grillrost und eine Wäscheleine sollte unbedingt mitgebracht werden. Die Kaffeemaschine ist südländisch nur ein Espressobrüher.Die Wohnung und insbesondere der Treppenaufgang außen hatten längere Zeit keinen Besen gesehen.Die Betreuung vor Ort durch die Agentur Europa ließ arg zu wünschen übrig. Grund: Die Spaghettiparty sollte zu einem Geburtstag besucht werden. Trotz telefonischer Vorauskunft und Terminwunsch vor Ort hat man uns einen nicht existenten Termin bestätigt/gebucht. Die folgende Beschwerde vor Ort hat man nur mit einem Axelzucken beantwortet ("Da kann man nichts machen") – keine Entschuldigung, nix!

Al nostro arrivo l'immobile esteriormente si presenta in ottime condizioni, peccato che l'appartamento all'interno non era altrettanto. - Mobili camere/soggiorno (se pur discutibile l'estetica ma fa niente) ok, ma la pulizia totalmente assente. - Cucina: tutti i cassetti (con all'interno le posate e le stoviglie) sporchi a tal punto che ho comprato delle padelle e posate/piatti e bicchieri in plastica, il top sporco/unto da brivido, il lavello presentava ancora all'interno un pezzo di mela tagliata e il cestino della pattumiera con della carta dentro. - Bagno: nonostante ci fosse stato il "sigillo" sul water, prova che i sanitari erano stati puliti, bisognava buttare una bomba al napalm per ripulirlo veramente...Piatto doccia giallo di calcare con tanto di capelli nello scarico, lavandino "pulito", ma water in condizioni da Autogrill dopo il passaggio di tifosi ultras in trasferta. L'unica nota positiva erano i materassi della cameretta che sembrava fossero nuovi, ma tralasciamo le ragnatele negli angoli dell'appartamento con tanto di Papà Ragno, Mamma Ragno e prole..... Ovviamente ho segnalato tutto all'agenzia che mi ha prontamente mandato 2 ragazze (che poverine si sono prese carico del lavoro che probabilmente avrebbe dovuto far qualcun'altro) a ripulire. Trovo comunque inaccettabile, oltre ad avere orari di Check-in alle h17.00 e check-out alle h 9.00 (quindi con tutto il tempo a disposizione per pulire accuratamente) trovare l'alloggio in quelle condizioni. Per quanto riguarda i servizi fortunatamente la vicinanza del ristorante "Festa del Pesce", quella serata ci ha permesso di mangiare in modo soddisfacente, ma sicuramente non usufruirò più dei Vs. servizi.
