Beautiful, rustic, comfortable cottage "Gaïa", surrounded by trees and meadows. 3 km from the centre of Callian, 6 km from the centre of Fayence, 36 km from the centre of Cannes, in the residential district, 26 km from the sea. Private: large terraced garden, 3'000 m2 (fenced) with lawn and trees, swimming pool (11 x 5 m, depth 90 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase and alarm system. Unconventional pool shape. Pool house, terrace, garden furniture. Motor access (100 m via unmade road). (10 steps). Parking (for 4 cars) on the premises. Shop 3 km, bus stop 800 m, railway station "Cannes" 39 km, sandy beach "Mandelieu" 26 km. Golf course (18 hole) 3.5 km. Nearby attractions: Aérodrome de Fayence 6 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Saint Cassien 7.5 km.
"Villa Gaïa", 5-room house 170 m2 on 2 levels. Comfortable and tasteful furnishings: large living room with open-hearth fireplace, dining table, satellite TV and DVD. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm). Exit to the terrace. 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with small dining table. Exit to the terrace. Bath/shower, sep. WC, double hand-basin. Upper floor: 1 open large room with sloping ceilings with 1 french bed (160 cm), shower/WC. Gas heating, underfloor heating. Large terrace partly roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (8). View of the swimming pool and the garden. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Access to the house via a 12-step staircase. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the bedrooms will be available for use.
