Geniale Lage, kleine Perle am See
Ein tolles kleines Haus ausreichend für 2 Personen mehr auf keinen Fall. Auf dem großen Gartengrundstück direkt am See hat man eine separaten Bereich für sich teilt sich allerdings das Grundstück mit anderen Gästen des Landguts. Die Ausstattung ist ausreichend. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Stimmige Sommerunterkunft direkt am See
Die Unterkunft war für unsere Bedürfnisse optimal. Wir hatten drei Wochen schönstes Sommerwetter und waren hauptsächlich auf dem schönen Gelände, dass zum Häuschen gehört, also fast immer draußen. Das Bad war gut, Küche ebenso und das Bett hatte hervorragende Matratzen. Vor dem Haus war ebenso die Möglichkeit sich aufzuhalten, geschützt durch eine hohe Hecke vor Wind und den Blicken der anderen Sommergäste des Agriturismo. Um die Hecke herum war sofort der Zugang zum See.

Ein wunderschöner Ort, direkt am See. Das Haus ist klein, aber es bietet alles Nötige und ist nett eingerichtet. Die Gastgeberin ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der perfekte Urlaub zum Entspannen!

Die Unterkunft ist klein und e...
Die Unterkunft ist klein und einfach, aber sehr nett eingerichtet. Olivenöl kann man bei der Gastgeberin kaufen, es empfiehlt sich, Salz, Pfeffer, etc. mitzubringen. Die Küche ist recht gut ausgestattet. Auf dem Areal stehen Schatten spendende Bäume, im Haus ist es auch bei großer Hitze angenehm. Das Seeufer ist in wenigen Schritten erreichbar, und der Strand ist nie überlaufen. Man kann auch die Einrichtungen des Podere nützen.Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Reisetipps: Bolsena ist eine ganz entzückende kleine Stadt mit einem eindrucksvollen Kastell, einer sehenswerten Kirche (S. Cristina), vielen netten Geschäften und Lokalen. In der Umgebung gibt es sehr viel zu sehen (Montefiascone, Viterbo, Orviero), eine Bootsfahrt zu den Inseln ist jedenfalls lohnend!

Wir suchten einen Ort für eine Studien–und Lesezeit–dafür war das Häuschen ideal! Kein Internet (nur im Haupthaus, das ist 3 km entfernt). Kein deutsches TV! Aber Ruhe, Natur, sehr freundliche Vermieter und Service, im April nutzt kein anderer das Grundstück als Strand. Reisetipps: Orvieto ist hinreißend schöne Stadt; hier gibtes kostenfreie Parkplätze jenseits des Bahnhofs und man erreicht mit dem Zug in 70 Minuten Rom
