Absolutely perfect place

The condo was just what we wanted and everything that we needed was there. The beds were comfortable. The couch was comfortable. We were looking out to a beautiful area and in the evenings when there was a concert we were able to sit on the back patio and listen. It was safe very accessible to all the different bike trails, so I highly recommend this place.

Hello Deborah and thank you for the very nice five-star review on our two-bedroom condo H3, at Beaver Creek West condos. This brought a smile to my face and I am so happy you enjoyed your stay here and it sounds like you had fun time while here. Always nice to hear the condo was comfortable for your stay and you were able to relax and enjoy the area. As they say, location, location, location yes we are located a short distance from Nottingham park, beach and lake and the summer concerts. The concerts are close enough to enjoy and end early enough to rest. The area is very safe, and yes the bike path and trails are some of the best in the land. Hiking is also plenty and there is something for everyone. Please give us a shout for your next visit as we'd love to host you again Cheers and safe travels. Beaver Creek Condos

I was running the Transrockies 6 day race and this was the perfect place to come back to after 4 nights of camping! The gentleman who checked us in is PHENOMENAL! If he hasn’t already, get that man a raise! He was very thorough in describing everything we needed to know and covering every detail with a smile!

Awesome stay

The condo unit was newly remodeled and extremely comfortable. It was perfect for our stay. Both the unit and the complex were clean and well maintained. The only negative(very minor issue) was a broken ironing board and the front desk didn't have an extra. Most people wouldn't have even noticed but we were in Vail for a wedding. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to our friends.

Hello Gregg, Many thanks for the nice five-star review on this very nice two-bedroom condo H3, here at Beaver Creek West condos we appreciate the feedback and are pleased that you had an "awesome stay". Sorry about the ironing board, but we did get a new one into that condo. Looks like someone broke the ironing board and then stuck it back in the closet. :( Glad you found the condo and property clean and well maintained. We have a great team of housekeepers and maintenance staff on site and they do a great job, thanks for the nice comment on that. Yes, please do come back and visit us as we have over 60 rental condos at Beaver Creek West condos and there is something for everyone price and size wise. Give us a shout and we hope to see you again sometime soon. Cheers and safe travels! The Team at Beaver Creek West condos

Ski times

The property was fine except one night we wanted to use the barbecue and there was no gas. We had purchased the steaks so this was a downer. Need for more paper towels and soap. Otherwise good stay

Accurate description

Everything was spot on for this property as far as the description goes. The cleanliness could have been better, there were masks, used Kleenex, a pile of dirty sheets and new pillow cases were missing from the pillows. We also had to ask for dish soap rather then it just being provided. The property managers were very accommodating though and each time we called for something they took care of us immediately.

Great for a family

This place is clean, loaded with amenities. It’s perfect for a family to have a place to call home for a short time. Yes there are some issues with uneven floors. Some updating of the furniture would be in order. However, for the price, we felt it was just right. We decided to take a day trip and even found a cooler bag in the closet to use, which saved us having to buy one. The only reason we didn’t give 5 stars is the king bed was pretty noisy because it creaked anytime we moved around. The frame needs tightening or replacing and the mattress was a bit uncomfortable.

Thanks for taking the time to write a nice review on our Beaver Creek West condo, we appreciate the feedback. If you feel the furniture wasn't up to par BC West has many many premium priced condos, but we felt for the price this condo has it all and is very nicely appointed as the pictures show. The premium condos have updated everything for more $$. We felt we would appeal to guests that are more price conscious and want wants to do more with their money while on vacation. Funny I jumped and jumped and jumped on the bed and it didn't make a noise, but I did ask maintenance to a take a look at it just in case I didn't jump in the right spot. Please come stay with us again and safe travels.

First time we stayed at BC West. Great price and value.

The complex is really old. I had never stayed at a place with high floor walkways that were noticeably out of level. Room setup met our needs with 3 kids in one room and my wife and I in another. I think next time we will spend the extra money and stay in the village. If we do stay at BC west, we would stay in the top floor - we were third floor unit and heard every step of the upstairs neighbor. Pool was good. Overall - it was ok and suited us for the price we were willing to pay.

Thanks for taking the time to write a review on our Beaver Creek West condo. We always appreciate any helpful feedback. Like many condos in the area our property has been around for a long time and that it why our guests comeback again and again. Sometimes and in this case, we feel our tried and true experience is better that new and improved (along with a much higher price). Also the walkways are a bit slanted by design to keep snow from accumulating and causing a real issue. If you want to pay a great rate for a beautiful condo please come back and see us again. Safe Travels!

Great summer vacation spot

We had a great stay. The condominium unit is well equipped and clean. It is in an ideal place for children, with a pool and a playground and lake right out the door. The front desk staff was friendly and answered all questions. I would come back!

Comfortable clean convenient condo

The condo was clean, beds comfortable and location was convenient for getting to Beaver Creek and Vail, as well as the local restaurants. The kitchen was well stocked. The living room chairs and couch were very comfortable with lots of room for everyone and a nice view. The elevators at the end of the hall were close and helpful when carrying skis up and down to the unit. The shuttle bus driver, Ken was very helpful getting skis into and out of the holders inside the bus, he offered free water which was a treat, and gave good advice on navigating the base areas. The shuttle goes to Vail Thurs-Mon and the BC shuttle is daily (but not all day long). The building is a little old as evidenced by an uneven floor in the MBR bath so the door scrapes on the floor.

Clean and Convenient

Everything was very nice and quite convenient to get around the town of Avon. It was a perfect place to house our high school lacrosse players for the Vail Shootout. The boys could walk easily to town and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and this unit was quite comfy.

Great Location/Condo !!

Our family, which is my wife, I, our son, his wife and two lovely daughters, spent three days at this location and it was just like being at home ! Everything within is very nice and we had all that we needed during our stay. All appliances are up to date and operate fine. The washer and dryer was a must for us and was certainly used during our stay. We heard no other visitors that may have been beside, above or below this condo and we hope the same was true for them. The swimming pool was very accommodating, and it is just a five minute walk (slow) to Nottingham Lake and there is a wonderful swim beach and water activities awaiting you. We had a group barbecue over by the play ground area that kept adults and children entertained in the evening. We are not winter visitors but will certainly make a return trip this summer to this location, as we found it to be very family friendly and must importantly, very relaxing. We have vacationed using VRBO locations for two years (4 trips) and this is certainly our most pleasing experience of all. This is a deal you can't go wrong on - you will LOVE IT HERE !!!!

Very comfortable stay!

This 2 BR condo was perfect for our recent ski trip! Loved the elevator, the hot tubs, nice bed linens and towels, plentiful kitchen utensils & dishes, comfortable beds. It was super quiet for sleeping! The kitchen had salt/pepper & a few other spices & oil (I'm sure leftover from guests, so not guaranteed). A few games provided. Unit has 2 humidifiers which were great to use. The free ski shuttles were a plus and the driver very helpful (be sure to TIP him!). Saved $20 parking fee at Vail. It's run like a hotel so if you need any more TP, towels, soap, DW detergent, etc, just call the front desk.
