"The Old Bakery", 3-room house 75 m2 on 2 levels. Fully renovated in 2019, tasteful and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with dining table, digital TV and DVD. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, 3 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Upper floor: 1 double bedroom with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (80 cm, length 200 cm). Shower/WC. Air-conditioning. Wooden floors, natural stone floors. Terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue, box-room. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron, children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

On s’y sent bien, à petite distance de très belles destinations. Dans un village calme non loin d’un centre avec commerces. L’accueil est très sympathique et la qualité des prestations sur place très bonne. Bref un séjour 4 étoiles où l’on revient avec confiance et joie.

Das Haus ist sehr schön und gemütlich, und es gibt wunderbare Spazierwege durch die Weinberge. Direkt vor der Haustür. Der Garten ist sehr schön angelegt und gut eingezäunt, sodass man den Hund ohne Bedenken rauslassen konnte. Alles in allem ein sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt, allerdings ist ein Auto unbedingt erforderlich.

Séjour mémorable à Viviers !

Nous avons adorés séjourner à Viviers, dans cette charmante maison. Bien située à mi-chemin entre Tonnerre et Chablis (10 min ). Parfait pour visiter la Bourgogne et revenir le soir déguster un bon vin et repas sur la terrasse. La maison est située dans un village paisible, entre la mairie et le Château de Viviers ! Merci à nos hôtes pour l'excellente bouteille de vin à notre accueil. et leur gentillesse.

Wij hebben ons verblijf in de Old Bakkery als uitermate prettig ervaren. Een prima gastheer en gastvrouw hebben ons ontvangen, rondgeleid en uitleg gegeven mbt tot apparatuur en dergelijke. Daarnaast waren zij goed bereikbaar en hebben voor ons ook een diner reservering gemaakt. Op en top perfect hebben mede daardoor een geweldige week gehad.

Endroit dans un beau village bourguignon. Promenade dans les vignes, Visite à proximité (en voiture). Calme. Hébergement confortable et douillet, accueil chaleureux, moderne à l'intérieur et d'époque à l'extérieur. Très beau jardinet. Très bien équipé. Bref, parfait.
