LA MAISON DU HAUT has 5 double bedrooms (double beds) with private shower room and common areas with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a library lounge, a laundry room, a large convivial area of 50 m2. The garden located to the south dominates the city.

• The MARGUERITE DE BOURGOGNE room (24 m2) on the 1st floor, facing south, overlooks the garden. It has its own private shower room.
• The CHEVALIER D'ÉON suite (37 m2) on the 1st floor facing south overlooks the garden. It has a bedroom with private shower room and a living room.
• The MONTÉE DE TONNERRE suite (45 m2) is located on the 1st floor on the street side. It has a bedroom with private shower room and a living room.
• The SAINT PIERRE room (25 m2) is located on the 2nd floor on the street side. It has a private shower.

The city is full of remarkable sites:
• the FOSSE DIONNE, a Vaucluse spring converted into a washhouse, the subject of scientific research. (Put the link on the BBC report), and two Renaissance churches.
• The former hospital, the HOTEL DIEU, was founded by MARGUERITE DE BOURGOGNE in 1293. It is one of the oldest and largest hospitals in France and Europe.
• The town dominated by the ABBEY OF SAINT-MICHEL, crossed by the ARMANÇON, is dotted with numerous private mansions built in the sixteenth, seventeenth and eighteenth centuries (Hôtel d'Uzes, birthplace of the Chevalier d'EON, etc.).
The city has a cinema, a municipal swimming pool and other sports facilities.
Two markets are held (on Wednesdays at the Pätis and on Saturdays under the covered market).
There are many activities from the house:
- walks along the Burgundy Canal (bikes for rent at the Tourist Office), in the vineyards,
- visit of many historical monuments (Chateau de TANLAY, Castle of ANCY LE FRANC, Castle of MEAULNES, ABBEY OF PONTIGNY, ABBEY OF FONTENAY, VEZELAY, AUXERRE...)
- visits to the cellars (Tonnerrois vineyard, Chablis vineyard, Irancy, etc.).
