On the outskirts, 650 m from the centre of Auberville, 3.6 km from the centre of Villers-sur-Mer, 1 km from the sea. For shared use: property 20'000 m2 (fenced), meadow, indoor pool (seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 31.Aug.). Hot tub, boccia. In the complex: WiFi (all included), lift, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Parking (limited number of spaces). Shop 3.6 km, sandy beach "Villers-sur-Mer" 3.6 km. Please note: car-free holiday complex. The photograph shows a typical example. The holiday properties may differ in living space, floorplan, equipment and furnishing.
"Le Domaine de la Corniche", 3-room terraced house 50 m2 on 2 levels. Bright, practical furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed, dining table and TV. Kitchenette (dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Bathroom. Upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 french bed (140 cm). 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (80 cm). Bath/WC. Electric heating. Balcony or terrace. Terrace furniture. DO NOT BELIEVE THE PHOTOS!! THEY LIE.

This place does not look like, and is not in reality anything like it's shown to be. We went as 3 generations of a family. The site advertised a beautiful pool and play area and it was this that led us to book it. When we arrived, later than expected and too late to go anywhere else, we found the pool closed 'due to safety issues'. It was bright green and stagnant and was obviously a health hazard. The children's play area was broken, dirty and weed-ridden. The house was not cleaned properly and the furniture was dirty and stained. The kitchen and cooking facilities were a joke and there were very few utensils. I have photos of all this but I don't think that I am able to post them on this review. They advertised long term rental in their reception and I think the majority of people there used it for that purpose. This was end of May, to start of June, so not out of season and within school holidays and we only booked it a few weeks before and there was no mention of the pool being closed. It's in a nice position for the coast but really not worth booking. It needs totally renovating.

Location spacieuse et agréable Les alentours sont entretenus C'est agréable d'avoir une piscine à disposition à part que nous avons eu la mal chance qu'elle soit fermée 2 jours pendant notre séjour. Ne convient pas aux personnes à mobilité réduite

Ruhige Lage mit Pool, ausbaufähig

Die Unterkunft in der Anlage, war ruhig gelegen und der Pool genauso wie die Grünanlagen ein Pluspunkt. Dennoch ließ der Zustand des Ferienhauses und die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig. Die Ausstattung war zum Teil kaputt oder sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Zu dem war es einfach nicht sauber

Schöne gepflegte Anlage

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die Unterkunft war sauber und ausreichend Eingerichtet. Das gilt auch für die gesamte Anlage. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, da wir leider kein Französisch konnten haben wir uns trotzdem gut verständigt.An und Abreise klappte bestens. Ich kann nur positiv weiterempfehlen.

Résidence et village d'Auberville agréables

Le logement était un peu trop à l'ombre et donc la terrasse aussi. On était un peu pénalisé par la piscine fermée et j'étais un peu déçue par le spa. Sinon c'était calme dans la residence.Les places de parking sont mal délimitées et il était compliqué de se garer en retour tardif le soir.Queques problèmes techniques avec la douche( paroi fixe ,robinet baignoire qui ne fonctionne pas), là chasse des WC qui fonctionne mal, le lave vaisselle lavait mal.

Très bon accueil. Le personnel est attentif, réactif si nécessaire. Les installations sont tops. Le logement qui nous a été attribué était confortable et propre.les ustensiles de cuisine sont toutefois à vérifier ou à compléter ( pas de saladier, poignée de la cafetière défectueuse)

Ein gemütliches Häuschen mit allem nötigen eingerichtet. Wer selber kochen will muss jedoch noch Werkzeug mitbringen und die „Küche“ ist superklein. Leider war es bei Ankunft nicht sehr sauber.

Manquement concernant la piscine

A notre arrivée nous avons été déçu de constater que la piscine était hors service alors que vous la présenter sur votre annonce . Nos deux adolescents ont ete très déçu car c était pourtant un argument pour satisfaire notre séjour.

Excellent. Calme, logement bien organisé, propre. Le jardin ouvert est un vrai plus.Dommage que la piscine soit fermé, mais il a fait très mauvais cette semaine, donc ca n'a pas représenté un gand manque Conseils de voyage: Houlgate, Cabourg et Villers très facilement accessible depuis la location. Très belle région à découvrir. Beaucoup d'activités pour de très jeunes enfants.

Belle résidence mais très difficile avec des enfants en bas âge du fait de la non possibilité d accéder à votre maison en voiture (éloignement du parking). Il aurait fallu prévoir un dépose minute pour les maisons situées au fond de la propriété. Mini club chaleureux pour les enfants. Merci à Lise. Accueil fort sympathique à la réception. Piscine un peu froide et manque de vestiaires. Attention à la propreté des pelouses (chiens)
