Beautiful, cosy resort "Domaine de l'Eilen", built in 2009. 22 houses in the residence. 2.5 km from the centre of Cavalaire, 18 km from the centre of Saint Tropez, in an elevated position on a slope, 1 km from the sea, 1 km from the beach. For shared use: table tennis, boccia. Private: garden 200 m2 (fenced) with wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool (8 x 3 m, seasonal availability: 15.Apr. - 15.Oct.). In the complex: reception, WiFi. Bread roll service. Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 2.5 km, bus stop "Arret de bus - Halte routière" 2.6 km. Please note: the photograph shows a typical example. The holiday properties may differ in living space, floorplan, equipment and furnishing.

Comfortable and tasteful furnishings: living/sleeping room with sliding door, panoramic window with 1 double sofabed (140 cm, length 200 cm), open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), dining table, satellite TV, hi-fi system and DVD. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), separate WC and shower. Exit to the garden. 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds (80 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with bar. Shower/WC, sep. WC. Electric heating, air-conditioning. Terrace roofed. Terrace furniture, deck chairs. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: non-smoking house. Ferienhaus in die Jahre gekommen

Leider lag das Haus sehr weit oben , sehr langer Fußweg. Die Mitarbeiter konnten kein Englisch , war etwas schwer zu kommunizieren. Sehr freundlich und bemüht. Es fehlten im Haus Informationen über Elektronische Geräte in verschiedenen Sprachen . Leider waren die Matratzen durchgelegen und es wirkte alles nicht richtig sauber . Pool war super und wurde auch einmal gereinigt . Wir hatten trotzdem eine schöne Zeit dort .

L'emplacement est parfait et la maison offre de beaux espaces. Toutefois, la climatisation est partiellement inopérante et un manque d'entretien est flagrant. Traces sur les murs, terrasse tachée en plusieurs endroits etc....

Maison et situation très agréable . Dommage le manque entretien ,vétusté de certaines petites choses . Transats plus très stable , traces sur les murs , sèche serviette rouillé Sdb , pas de ciseaux dans la cuisine , face lave vaisselle manquante ,état des volets ext ,…, propre mais manque d’entretien en tout cas sur la maison numéro 25 . Grand garage mais pas pratique .

Une villa fonctionnelle, spacieuse et confortable

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour (logement no25). Un bémol : l'accès au garage (très spacieux) difficile, mais une place de stationnement juste à côté de la villa. Prix de l'électricité forfaitaire (60€ par semaine ) et non fonction de la consommation. Chauffage par climatiseur réversible pas idéal en saison froide. Départ et arrivée en totale autonomie car réception fermée en cette période (ouverte le lundi matin pour caution et autre ) Extérieur avec pelouse synthétique bien entretenu

Die Mitarbeiter von dieser Residenz sehr zuvorkommend. Alles hat gut geklappt und hatte man ein Problem wurde dieser sehr gut geloest. Nur eine Bemerkung: Die Beschilderung zur Residenz von der Hauptstrasse ist schlecht.

Alles bestens! Kontaktloses und unproblematisches Einchecken, sauber und gepflegt! Auch das Auschecken ging problemlos über Bühne. Am WLAN sollte gearbeitet werden. Kostet für 7 Tage 30€ und hatte sehr oft Aussetzer! Trotzdem jederzeit wieder!

Villa 25, Abstriche: Beleuchtung tw defekt, leider auch Poolbeleuchtung. Grill: Bruchstellen, soll aber zeitnah ersetzt werden (früher waren es Weber Grills). Spülmaschine Blende fehlt, aber funktionierte. Waschmaschine defekt, wurde mit neuer ersetzt. 1 Sonnenliege im Kopfbereich gebrochen. Wegen der Mängel hatte ich vor Ort eine kostenlose Endreinigung herausgehandelt (ich war Alleinreisender). Hatte aber auch stolze 2066 EUR für die Zeit bezahlt. Für die Mülltrennung keine passende Mülltonne.

Schönes Haus für einen entspannten Urlaub

In der Hauptsaison wäre mir der Preis für den, doch etwas in die Jahre gekommenen, Zustand des Hauses definitiv nicht wert, im September ist er akzeptabel. Schöne Anlage, absolute Privatsphäre, Inventar nicht ganz komplett und leider etwas abgewohnt, aber ok. Nachteil: Die Matratzen sind alt undwahre Rückenkiller, wurden von uns reklamiert, in den 2 Wochen wurde jedoch keine ausgetauscht. WLAN muss gegen eine Gebühr von EUR 50,00 (für 2 Wochen) gebucht werden, läuft über einen externen Anbieter.

Die Lage sowie die Ausstattung des Hauses war perfekt. Der private Pool war ideal mit Kindern. Auch die Größe des Hauses ist vollkommen in Ordnung. Die Preissteigerung von 2020 auf 2021 war jedoch enorm. Da keinerlei Neuerungen erkennbar waren, nicht gerechtfertigt.

Doppeleinfamilienhaus sn ruhiger Lage

Küche teilweise spärlich und billig eingerichtet ist. Dafür war der Kühlschrank mit Icemaker und kaltem Wasser 1A. Die Wohnfläche ist kleiner als die angegebenen 110 m2 und dürfte bei ca. 85-90 m2 liegen. Die Zimmer verfügen über separat steuerbare Klimageräte, was wir sehr geschätzt haben. Bei Ankunft funktionierte die Garten- und Poolbeleuchtung nicht, was innert Tagesfrist behoben wurde. Matratzen, Decken und Kissen müssen selber angezogen werden. Teures WLAN.

Une belle location

Très belle villa,bien aménagée avec beaucoup de goût. Le seul bémol est de montrer dans le catalogue une villa avec piscine devant la terrasse alors que selon les villas ,elle peut être latérale. Petite déception sur le moment vite oubliée par la suite,car cadre agréable et sans vis à vis malgré qu’elle ne soit pas chauffée.

La villa est grande, très bien équipée et située dans un environnement calme et agréable. Comme nous étions là en février, nous n'avons pas pu profiter du jardin, de la terrasse et de la piscine qui doivent être bien appréciables à la belle saison.

La quantité de verres pour 6 personnes est trop juste (pas de verres à Whisky, bière), 4 bols. Le portail à l'entrée de la maison et de la résidence non fonctionnels. Le tarif pour un animal est excessif.
