Joe and Kenny were incredibly easy to work with. Fantastic property which was perfect for a large group gathering. Super secluded but close enough to be able to easily access Saratoga Springs.

This place was amazing! There were so many fun activities and so much land to enjoy. Our group had a fantastic time. Between the pool, lake, basketball court, tennis court, fire pits, and everything else, you really can’t beat it. Joe was also amazing with communication throughout our stay. 10/10, would definitely recommend!

Joe and Kenny were very accommodating and helpful. The pool was enjoyed very much. Beautiful view. The location was private but not far from grocery store and ice cream shop.

My daughter, daughter-in-law, 9 granddaughters ages 7-16 and I all agree!! Best rental ever!!! Joe and Kenny are so gracious and helpful! The house and property are Adirondack beautiful! This is the most well stocked home any of us have ever rented - kitchen, bath, laundry, fans, games and equipment for ping pong, pool, tennis, pickleball and basketball plus paddle boats and kayaks for the small lake. Pretty amazing all around!!We all highly recommend Bannon’s mountain!!

Wonderful spot for the whole family

Joe was communicative and a wonderful host. We could not be happier with the time we spent here. It was perfect and fit all of our family needs. We would recommend this location to everyone and stay again!

Best VRBO Ever

One of a kind, incredible property complete with beautiful home, amazing views, gas grill, fire pit, tennis and basketball court, ping pong table, swimming pool, walking/hiking/running trail, and pond. Not to mention the kindest, most generous, and accommodating hosts you will find. Cannot wait to be back!

Wonderful property

Enjoyed hiking in the woods to the little lake. Playing tennis, basketball and pickleball. Fire pit and stone indoor fireplace kept us warm on the chilly weekend. Close to Saratoga Springs.

The Perfect Getaway

Bannon’s Mountain is absolutely perfect. The pictures don’t do it enough justice. Everything upon check in was clean, organized and the property was pristine. Joe is the best host I’ve ever encountered. Everything was set up to make our stay enjoyable and stress free. Already looking to come back and we just left! Couldn’t give a higher recommendation.

Great Family Resort!

Bannons Mountain is a beautiful place to enjoy your family vacation We had our family of 16(8 grandchildren, 8 adults) all together at this one of a kind resort/compound The property is a haven for a big family to gather and enjoy the peaceful property. The location is perfect to visit Lake George, Saratoga, Lake Luzern The host, Joe Bannon was a pleasure to work with and to meet. Joe’s mountain resort is maintained by his trusty and reliable caretaker, Kenny. Kenny and Joe were extremely helpful and very great communicators We rate this property of at least a 12 out of 10!

A piece of heaven

My 4 adult children and myself stayed at Bannon Mountain. It is absolutely breathtaking. The views are amazing. The house itself is extra clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for the week. We grabbed a few groceries from the local Walmart and were set. The property owners are the nicest people, and checked in with us through out our stay to make sure everything was alls well. Looking forward to another trip in the future.

Best Wedding Ever!

We booked Bannon's Mountain for my daughter's wedding as a place for her and the bridal party to stay. The house and property were better than expected, and our hosts - Joe & Kenny - were wonderful!! Gorgeous views during the day, sitting around the fire with friends at night, and an absolutely perfect location - Bannon's Mountain helped my daughter and her fiance have the best wedding ever!!! Thank you Joe & Kenny!!!

July 4th week!

We stayed at this awesome property for a week with 8 adults, 4 kids, 2 dogs and a couple visitors and still had plenty of room and activities for everyone! It was like having our very own summer camp for the week. So much to do on site and within a 30min drive we were always doing something fun rain or shine. The house itself was very comfortable and roomy and had everything we needed. AC in the main living room and ceiling fans in all the rooms helped keep the entire house cool during the hot and humid week we had. Joe the owner and his team were very friendly and helpful all week. Highly recommend this property for family trips or even adult only getaways.

It was excellent Great family spot. Lots for all to do Well stocked kitchen, comfortable bedding , lots of wood for campfires owner attentive to your every need.Our only disappointment was regarding the lake. The VRBO listing notes that there is a private lake for beaching and boating, “just a short hike from the cabin”. By our family’s standards, it is not a short hike, nor is it an easy hike. It is up and down hills and probably 2 miles round trip. And, it was not really swimmable due to a heavy cover of algae. With that one exception, the property was outstanding!

Great times at Bannon's Mountain!

Our large family gathered from around the country and had a wonderful week at Bannon's Mountain. There is so much to do on the property. We spent time at the pond swimming, using the kayaks and paddleboats, and hanging at the beach. Of course the pool got the most use from our bunch. Plenty of pool toys! We also got a tennis tournament going despite us all being novices and played some hoops. The camp is very spacious. There are multiple sitting areas, a sun room, and a couple different tables to eat at. The kitchen had everything we needed. There is a great deck with views and a fire pit right off the deck with more firewood than we could have used. Smores every night! Bannon's Mountain is truly unique and we look forward to coming back!

We loved Bannon’s Mountain! Everyone in our family wanted to live here. Everything we love to do is right there on site - swimming and floating in the pool and the pond, pickleball, games, walks in the woods, nights around the fire. Even our dogs are sad to have left! The place is clean and comfortable. It’s a serene getaway with amazing views and plenty of ways to rejuvenate. If you’re looking for luxury accommodations, this isn’t the place for you. If you don’t mind a few rough edges, and appreciate feeling at home in this treasured family camp, you’ll enjoy all Bannon’s Mountain has to offer. Joe, Kenny and Jill were wonderful hosts. They met us at the door, gave us a quick tour, shared stories of the place, and checked in on us unprompted. We ran into a few issues (nothing to ruin our stay), and they were immediately responsive and accommodating. Thanks for a great trip!

This could not have been a more wonderful vacation. From the very start Joe was incredibly helpful in planning our trip to Bannon’s Mountain and quickly answered lots of questions. When we arrived Kenny greeted us and gave us a wonderful welcome and quick tour. Everything was spotless, the kitchen had all we needed and the rooms and furniture were all so comfortable for our large family. Pickle ball, the pool and lake and smores at the firepit (with lots of available wood) kept us entertained all day long. Everyone in our family said this was the best vacation ever. What more could we ask for? Thank you Kenny and especially Joe for making this an incredible memory our family will never forget. Your hard work and attention to details made this a truly fantastic experience.
