Great Family Break
Worked well for 5 of us and our dogs. Great open floor plan and the pictures don't represent how nice it is. Owner was very accommodating and helpful with local restaurants and things to do. Would definitely rent again.
All the amenities perfect location great management and keeping in contact with you throughout your
Our host Julia, was Gray the home has everything you need for a great vacation. Plenty of room great scenery and very nice accommodations, close to the Gulf easy boater access would highly recommend this property to anyone thinking of staying here
Sincerely, Terry Birch
Julia met us at the house and was very accommodating to my family and I. Most ammenities were provided. The house has that great indoor/outdoor feel. It was quiet on the water as well. The pool was relatively clean. We did have to spend an extra $100 to have the pool heater turned on, which worked ok, but the weather was a little cooler during our stay (beginning of March). We would consider staying again in the future.
Beautiful vacation home
Our family of 6 adults stayed for a week in this home in late February 2018. The design of the house allows a wall of glass panels to retract, opening the interior of the house up to the lanai/pool/patio enclosed area. It made for wonderful indoor/outdoor space for us. The house was well equipped and clean and Julia responded quickly to all inquiries and requests. We recommend it highly!
Poorly appointed. Poorly maintained
Thank you for choosing my property for your vacation! I was very puzzled when I received your review of 1 star in light of the fact that you had requested to stay at my property again next year for two weeks. Before you left, you and your husband indicated to me you enjoyed your stay at my property and wanted to come back. I guess your review reflects your disappointment that I could not accommodate your future stay request due to a commitment with another family. I was also a bit shocked that you moved my furniture around and hid many of the decorations before you left. I must say, that was a first one for me. Regardless, it was a pleasure to meet you and do everything I could to make your stay as enjoyable as possible, including rushing to deliver an ironing board to you as soon as you requested it. I wish the best to you in your future vacation endeavors and hope your future property selections will better fit within your budget constraints.
The house was very nice and clean. Julia met us at the property upon arrival and answered all our questions, etc. Brought our boat down with us. We were however unaware that you can not keep trailers in the drive. Julia allowed us to park our trailer by her own home. Outstanding!
The boat trip on the canals was a very nice ride, but a little further than we expected to get out to the river. The neighbors were very friendly and helpful answering questions about the canal system and even providing us with a canal map to borrow during our stay. Overall a great place to hangout and relax. Thanks again to Julia as well as Mike and Susie for making our stay a comfortable one.
Cape Coral is located in Southwest Florida on the Gulf of Mexico. The City is only separated from Fort Myers by the Caloosahatchee River. Cape Coral is crossed by approximately 1,000 miles of waterways and canals, many of which connect to the Gulf of Mexico. Because of its endless waterways Cape Coral is called the “Venice of America.” Cape Coral is a paradise for many - vacationers, golfers, fisherman, sunbathers, boaters, shoppers, tourists, sunbathers, and warm weather enthusiasts to name a few. Cape Coral also has short access to Sanibel Island, Venice beach, Fort Myers amongst many others. It also has limitless access to beaches, fishing, golfing, scuba diving, shopping, fine dining, wind surfing, and wonderful weather. Cape Coral is also a sports paradise and is home to spring training – including Jet Blue Park at Fenway South - a new facility for the Boston Red Sox that opened in 2012. This facility is modeled after Boston’s famous Fenway Park. This region is also home to arena football, minor league baseball and hockey and is also rich with golf courses throughout.
