Villa "Brando" está situada en el canal de acceso al Golfo con increíbles vistas en un vecindario tranquilo y seguro en la altamente deseable zona suroeste de Cape Coral. Esta casa de vacaciones frente al mar está totalmente equipada y amueblada con gusto para satisfacer a los huéspedes más exigentes, con capacidad para seis personas. Damos la bienvenida a todos los huéspedes estadounidenses, canadienses e internacionales a quedarse aquí.

Ubicación y acceso a la propiedad: Cape Coral está ubicada en el suroeste de Florida y está bien situada para visitar Fort Myers, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel Island, Captiva Island, Naples y más. Cape Coral es atendido por el Aeropuerto Internacional Southwest (RSW), que está a unos 30 minutos en automóvil. De lo contrario, los aeropuertos internacionales de Tampa y Miami se encuentran aproximadamente a dos horas en automóvil y tienen fácil acceso a Cape Coral por la I-75. Para los huéspedes que llegan al Aeropuerto Internacional de Orlando (MCO) y tal vez crean unas vacaciones en dos centros, Cape Coral se encuentra a unas 3 horas en automóvil hacia el Sur utilizando la I-4 y la I-75. Spring Trip

We enjoyed our stay at Julia’s property. The check in and tour of the house lasted a lot longer than expected especially after a long twenty hour drive. We had to reach out to Julia regarding the smoke detector beeping all night long and also the grill was out of gas. She brought the gas tank but as far as the smoke detector she left instructions for my husband to get the ladder from the garage and just unplug it. We ended up just leaving it beeping all week because my husband wasn’t climbing the high vaulted ceiling to take the smoke detector down that we requested her maintenance man to change the battery. The owls are way cool and over all the house met our needs for the week.

Last minute get away

We were looking to escape cold Ohio weather and this destination was perfect! Julia was present at check-in to greet us and explain things for the pool, wi-fi, etc. Although we didn't encounter any issues during our stay, we knew she was only a text away if we needed her. Highly recommend this property.

Awesome stay!

The house was amazing and very clean! The owner was so sweet and very nice to deal with! The view of the fish jumping in the canal while laying around the pool was awesome! We had such a great Mother's Day weekend there and would definitely rent from Julia again!! I give this house and owner a five star review all the way around 😊 than you Julia!

Julia is amazingly nice

We have a really good experience in their house, the area is really nice, if you have a boat, you can go everywhere with it, i actually checked and there're more man-made canals than Venice, everything is very close to the house and Julia is a very really nice person!! I really recommend this house !! For me one of the plus was also the screened pool area since I'm allergic to mosquito bites . No mosquitos bothered me during my stay.

Great stay!

Clean, great communication with property owner, comfortable, away from busy areas, and perfect for family. All we needed to cook up some seafood feasts after chartering a fishing boat with captain cook just down the street (who btw filleted out catches of the day and delivered them to our door)! We swam every day! Perfect 🌈 rainbows every single day! Lots of shopping nearby. Location was 30-40mins from Ft. Myers beach where we rented umbrella and chairs online and had a great beach day! Then was able to go back to a quiet comfortable home to relax. God willing, we will stay again!

My family went to Ft Myers for a baseball tournament. This house is in a safe, quiet neighborhood. It was extremely clean! We had all of the kitchen utensils we needed to cook over the long weekend. We enjoyed relaxing in the pool and the boys loved fishing in the canal. They caught snook, bass and catfish. Julia responded quickly to my many questions. It was comforting knowing that she was close In case we needed anything.

Amazing experience...

We decided to do something different for mothers day weekend... we decided to go to the beach. Even though the beach is are not next door this property is close enough to make your trip to the beach a breeze. The property was perfectly clean and with everything that you need to enjoy your time there. From the first communication with the owner you feel comfortable. Very prompt response and very attentive to details. The owner went beyond all the expectations to make us feel welcome taking the stress of the unknown out and letting us enjoy our vacation. The property is less than 10 minutes away from Publix and few more minutes from Walmart. We went to Bowman's Beach in Sanibel Island (35min) and it was a great option for the family. The rest of the time we enjoy a warm pool, watching the fish jumping in the canal and looking at the huge iguanas close by chasing each other. Very nice and peaceful neighborhood.

Fun New Years week
