In the district of Santa Giulia 8 km from the centre of Porto Vecchio, 30 km from the centre of Bonifacio, 143 km from the centre of Bastia, in a sunny, elevated position on a slope, 500 m from the sea, direct access to the beach. For shared use: terraced garden, 4 ha with plants and trees, natural garden, swimming pool heated, fenced (15 x 8 m, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 30.Sep.). Outdoor shower, tennis, terrace. In the complex: reception, WiFi. Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 400 m, supermarket 8 km, restaurant, bar 400 m, bus stop 3 km, sandy beach "Santa Giulia" 500 m. Please note: car recommended. Residence with electric gates. There is an annual music festival on Santa Giulia beach at the end of August. Wi-Fi only at the reception.

Tolle Fewo in bester Strandlage

Die Wohnung bietet alles was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht, ist liebevoll eingerichtet und sauber. Der Balkon mit Meerblick ist traumhaft- der Strand easy zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Damen an der Rezeption sind sehr herzlich - wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt, vielen lieben Dank!

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung mit tollem Ausblick

Wunderbare Ferienwohnung in äußerst schlechter Lage: Der Strand von Santa Ghiulia ist zwar in ca. 5 Minuten erreichbar. Allerdings handelt es sich hier um das äußerste Ende des Strandes und in den Monaten Juli und August ist aufgrund des starken Zustroms und der vielen Lokale / Geschäfte am Strand kein Baden dort möglich. Um auf andere Strände auszuweichen muss man immer die steile Bergstraße befahren. Schöne Strände sind in ca. 15-20 Minuten Fahrzeit erreichbar. Anlage nicht behindertengerecht

Wunderbare Aussicht

Die Unterkunft und die Anlage an sich waren sehr ruhig mit einer fantastischen Aussicht. Mehrere Strände konnte innerhalb ein paar Minuten zu Fuß erreicht werden. Die Ausstattung der Küche war sehr gut. Ansonsten auch alles Top.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit tollem Blick auf die Bucht. Sehr sauber und sehr freundliches Personal an der Rezeption. Nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß vom Sandstrand entfernt.

Höflicher Empfang auf der Anlage. Die Häuser sind gut eingerichtet, war alles sauber und ordentlich.Toll, daß sogar Wasch- und Geschirrspülmittel dabei sind. Reisetipps: Der Minimarkt ist ok für täglich frisches Brot, Pain au chocolat und Milch. Restaurants in der Bucht habe ich nicht getestet.Toll: Bonifacio - hübsche Altstadt, tolle Bootstouren möglichWanderausflüge zur Col de Bavella + Pisco de Gallo Klasse!

Vorsicht das versprochene WIFI...

Vorsicht das versprochene WIFI gibt es nicht in der Wohnung, sondern nur am der Rezeption. Das heisst man muss in Freien vor dem Rezeptionsbungalow stehen. Ansonsten alles bestens eine super Anlage.

toller Blick auf die Bucht, kurzer Fussweg zu diversen schönen Stränden; der Pool ist nicht besonders (kein Schatten, kaltes Wasser), in den Küchen sind keinerlei Lebensmittel vorhanden – nicht mal Salz o.ä.

Incredibile vista sulla baia di Santa Giulia

Appartamento d'angolo n.45, situato in cima alla collina immersa nel verde. Una camera da letto (letto160 cm), bagno con lavabo, doccia e lavatrice,Toilette separata, salotto con divano letto (1 o 2 posti), angolo cottura super accessoriato (lavastoviglie, microonde, piano induzione, stoviglie e pentole di ogni tipo). Lenzuola e salviette su richiesta, a pagamento. Tutto ordinato, pulito e ben arredato. Ma la chicca dell'appartamento è il terrazzo, con una meravigliosa vista sulla baia di Santa Giulia e completamente isolato dagli sguardi dei vicini. Negli appartamenti d'angolo il terrazzo è più piccolo, mentre in quelli centrali (tipo il n.43) il terrazzo è doppio, con soggiorno e camera da letto che vi sia affacciano. Due sole le note negative dell'appartamento: un problemino con lo scarico della doccia e del wc (prontamente risolto dal gentile custode) e ...attenzione alle formiche. Chiudere bene il cibo e conservare preferibilmente in frigorifero per evitare visite sgradite. La piscina a sfioro non è grande, ma perfetta per una nuotata mattutina o un po' di svago post spiaggia. Manca un po' d'ombra! Un'altra nota positiva del Residence è la vicinanza alla spiaggia di Santa Giulia (10 min a piedi). Tenete conto della salita al ritorno! La spiaggia è molto bella, anche se un po' affollata ad Agosto. Adatta sia per chi sta in spiaggia libera sia per chi preferisce lo stabilimento balneare. Consigliamo Locorsa. Due ristoranti e una chiosco di panini sono fruibili per il pranzo. Buona vacanza!
