For shared use: lawn for sunbathing. Barbecue. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, ski boot dryer. Bread roll service. 4 km long narrow motor access. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking on the premises. Shop 4 km, bus stop "Kaltenbach-Stumm Bahnhof" 4.8 km, railway station "Kaltenbach-Stumm Bahnhof" 4.8 km, outdoor swimming pool 6 km, indoor swimming pool 9 km, thermal baths "Erlebnistherme Fügen" 9 km, bathing lake "Aufenfeld" 6 km. Golf course (18 hole) 7 km, walking paths from the house 10 m, gondola lift, slopes 300 m. Please note: In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. The owner lives in the same residence. Extra: You get a 10% discount on the daily menu in the Skistadl snack station on the valley run above the middle station.

Schöne, moderne, große Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung ist super schön und modern eingerichtet. Man hat einen sehr tollen Ausblick ins Tal und bei Nacht kann man den Sternenhimmel bestaunen. Die Vermieter sind super nett und sehr hilfsbereit.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll und gleichzeitig funktional eingerichtet. Die Zimmern sind groß, die Küche mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Charmanter Rückzugsort am Berg

Die Familie... ist überaus nett zu ihren Gästen und hat uns herzlich empfangen und versorgt. Egal ob Kinderstuhl oder Kinderbett alles war vorhanden. Die große Wohnung die wir hatten ist in einem neuen Anbau direkt neben dem Haupthaus. Hier steht auf den Bildern noch die Scheune. Alles super modern und niegel nagel neu. Man ist außerdem in Laufweite der Mittelstation der Gondelbahn. Allerdings geht der weg nochmal steil ein Stück den Berg hoch.
