Private: property 2'000 m2 (fenced), well-kept garden with lawn and trees, parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Please note: 1st floor is closed and not occupied.

Schönes Ferienhaus

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Das Haus und die Umgebung sind traumhaft schön! Mit den Vermietern war der Kontakt sehr unkompliziert und nett! Einziger Kritikpunkt ist, dass die Sauberkeit in den Bädern nicht dem Standard entspricht (Abfluss in der Wanne mit vielen Haaren der Vorgänger. Ein bisschen Schimmel in der Dusch- und Badewanne) Für den Restmüll fanden wir keine Möglichkeit der Entsorgung und mussten ihn in öffentlichen Behältern entsorgen. Trotzdem würden wir das Haus empfehlen, da es wirklich schön ist.

Das geräumige Haus mit grossem eingezäunten Garten war ideal mit unseren Hunden.

Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich , unkompliziert, pünktlich und bei Rückfragen telefonisch gut erreichbar.

Spijtig genoeg kan ik grotendeels alleen maar negatieve zaken opnoemen. De eigenaars (twee russische oudjes?) spraken enkel italiaans. Het huis was ijskoud. Noch de chauffage noch de ijskast was vooraf opgezet. Er was geen wifi en de 3/4G werkte slecht. Het interieur was antiek met akelige beeldjes en schilderijen. Er was geen info beschikbaar mbt bezienswaardigheden, winkels, enz. De boven- en benedenverdieping waren afgesloten. Akelig huis om snachts in rond te lopen.Weinig zon op het terras.

Leben wie Gott im Piemont

War waren zum ersten Mal hier und es ist für uns ein ideale Lokation (Haus für uns mit 2 Hunden, großes Grundstück), sehr führsorgliche Eigentümer, die so umgehend auch kleiner Wünsche annehmen, zudem mit eigenem einfachen aber gutem Restaurant in 200m Entfernung. Einziger Nachteil: kein WLAN, auch nicht in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Zum 2. Mal....

Wir waren mit Freunden in diesem Jahr zum zweiten Mal in diesem großen Haus. Nette Gastgeber, alles pico bello sauber, gut ausgestattet (außer Geschirrspüler und Wlan fehlen), große überdachte Terrasse praktisch rund ums Haus, abgeschlossener Garten und Parkplatz. Wir werden wiederkommen!

Zeer ruim en schoon huis met royale tuin. Prima badkamers en woonkeuken. Heerlijk terras met uitzicht op de wijngaarden. Wederom een fijn verblijf. Reistips: Prima restaurants in de omgeving. Bezoek aan lokale wijnboeren aan te bevelen. Men wordt ergastvrij ontvangen.

Ein wunderschönes gut ausgestattetes Haus mit großem Garten und großer Terrasse lädt zu längerem Aufenthalt im Piemont ein. Von Calosso kann man bequem u.a. die Touristenmagneten Asti und Alba erreichen.Das äußerst sympathische Vermieterpaar, betreibt inknapp 200 m Entfernung ein Restaurant mit typisch piemontesischen Spezialitäten – allerdings nur mittags –. Sehr empfehlenswert! Abends nur ab 10 Personen.

very clean, well equipped, tranquilly located, spacious.

Property located among vines and 1 km from Calosso centre and its limited bar although the ristorante d'elsa is 50m away and open for lunch. Various locations (Canelli, Stefano Belbo, Agliano, Moasca) are all within 5mls with all necessary facilities and services. A sufficiency of ristorante/agriturismi are scattered among the local countryside and small supermarket nearby with larger concern in Costigliole, 7kms away. If I ever fulfill my dream of owning a property in Italy a house such as this would fit the bill perfectly. We enjoyed our stay immensely and greatly appreciated the warmth of the owners and their extended family.
