Very beautiful villa "Plein Sud", detached. 1.5 km from the centre of Saint Aygulf, 9 km from the centre of Fréjus, 47 km from the centre of Cannes, on a slope, in the residential district, 2 km from the sea. Private: property 1'700 m2 (fenced), wildlife garden, swimming pool (6 x 3 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 30.Oct.) with shutter cover and salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Outdoor shower, table tennis, boules, terrace (30 m2), garden furniture. In the house: billiard table. Steep motor access. Roofed, parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 1.5 km, bus stop 900 m, sandy beach "Plage de la Galiote" 2.5 km.
