Beautiful villa with pool, internet, near the beach for 8 people

This beautiful new villa welcomes you for a relaxing holiday by the sea. On two levels, it consists on the main level of a living room with sofa, armchairs and flat screen TV (+ dvd player + internet box, and TV channels via internet), a dining room with a large table and 8 chairs, a US fully equipped kitchen with American fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, etc., a separate toilet. On the lower level are the 4 bedrooms: the master bedroom with 180x200 bed and private bathroom, a bedroom with 160x200 bed and private bathroom, two other bedrooms, one with two single beds, and the other with bed 160x200 share a third bathroom.
The pool is at the level of the rooms, with a beautiful terrace all around, a relaxing lounge, and maximum sunshine. The pool can be heated for spring and fall.
The house is in a deadlock, the place is very quiet, but the terrain is not completely enclosed (pay attention to your animals). The beach and shops are only 550m away, you can walk there without worry, even with young children.
Decorations (paintings, new furniture and decorations, etc.) were made in 2016 for a cocooning holiday with maximum comfort!

Linen is not provided, but packs can be hired for €25/person/week, including sheets, bath towels, bathroom mats and kitchen rags (contact Les Vacances de Magali to book your linen packs at least one week before your arrival).

Great house in a great location

The property is in a beautiful location just above Agay. It’s a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. The house is very well equipped with amazing views and pristine swimming pool. We are already planning our next trip

Great stay in Agay

Great villa in convenient location for beach and restaurants (7 or 8 mins there, 10 or so back). Air con good in main upstairs area and downstairs corridor to bedrooms. Pool area lovely, pool a bit bigger than photo suggests. Several outdoor seating spaces including good terrace for meals. Host Magali very helpful. All in all would highly recommend.

Great villa for a family vacation

We had a fantastic time in Agay. The house was clean, spacious, and well equipped. It had an incredible view and was a lovely, quick walk to the beach. Communication with the property manager was excellent; they were responsive and helpful when we had questions and the check-in, check-out was easy. We hope to return!

Beautiful house on a perfect location.

The location is perfect, 7 minutes walk to the beach and shops and bakery. Back to the house is uphill but really doable. View from the balcony and swimming pool is beautiful. All you need is present and the airco throughout the house is a blessing.

Beautiful Villa in stunning location

We stayed here for two weeks in June and the villa was exactly as described with stunning views of the bay of Agay. The location was perfect for local amenities - bars, restaurants and shops just a short walk away (10 mins). The pool was a delight and the privacy and tranquillity of the villa was very much appreciated away from our busy lives. We were left alone by the host but they were there when we needed them. We will definitely return - hopefully in 2026.

Family break

Lovely villa exactly as expected, clean spacious and everything in it that was needed plus more. Only minor was the steep drive up to the house which would have been fine in a car but as we were on a family break with a nine seater bus we had to park at the bottom and walk up.

Stunning villa!

We stayed in this beautiful villa for a week in May. The villa is stunning, i personally dont think the photos do it justice. We were a group of 4 friends and it was very spacious. The kitchen is well equipped for all cooking needs. One thing i would say is the drive is very step so be aware of the walk up. The area is beautiful. Close to beaches and restaurants all within a short 10min walk. Woukd 100% recommend this villa to friends and family.

Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und erhöht am Berg von Agay. Man hat einen schönen Blick auf die Bucht und das Cap Dramont.Das Haus bietet genug Platz und ist gut ausgestattet.

Belle villa bien située avec magnifique vue mais...

Malgré une situation géographique exceptionnelle, cette villa bien équipée mérite quand même quelques rénovations notamment pour la climatisation ( absente dans les chambres ) ainsi que pour les extérieurs: salon de jardin à l'ombre ( appréciable) mais en piteux état et non nettoyé donc impraticable, idem pour la terrasse en bois qui elle tombe carrément en ruine et est dangereuse devant la cuisine, impossible donc de s'y installer pour profiter de la vue sur l'Estérel. Pas de grille pour le barbecue, nous avons du en emprunter une à des amis. La literie était bonne mais le protège-matelas de la 1ère chambre à gauche, celle avec douche, était sale.Un bémol donc pour le ménage et l'entretien de cette maison qui reste une pépite. Dommage.Dernière chose et pas des moindres : le chemin pour accéder en voiture à la villa est très pentu et il est presque impossible d'accès pour les grandes voitures, il faut donc laisser la voiture en bas dans la rue sans gêner les voisins. Tout cela devrait être signalé en premier lieu dans l'annonce, pour les personnes âgées ou avec bébés ou tout simplement avec des paniers plein de courses c'est rédhibitoire.

Magnifique

La villa correspond exactement à l annonce. Elle est spacieuse, fonctionnelle, bien équipée et calme. Et toute proche de la mer, tres facile d y aller à pieds.L arrivée à la villa se fait par une route en forte pente qui peut faire peur mais ne pose pas de problème.Nous avons passé une excellente semaine.Merci à Magali pour sa disponibilité.

Emplacement idéal si recherche proximité des plages et des commodités.

Description tout à fait conforme à la réalité. Proximité plage à pied, restaurants et bars, commerces, et transports (gare d’Agay). Piscine très bien exposée. Maison très bien aménagée, confortable et fonctionnelle.

Très belle vue et tranquille

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La maison est conforme aux photos et très bien équipée. Belle vue sur la mer depuis l'étage et tranquillité sans vis à vis au niveau bas avec les chambres et la piscine. Cette dernière est facilement praticable avec des enfants. A renouveler. Très bon contact avec Madame MANSIER qui gère la location.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La villa est très agréable. Spacieuse, très soignée et bien équipée. Elle est au calme et offre une jolie vue. À quelques minutes à pied de la plage et du centre d’Agay. Les enfants ont aussi beaucoup apprécié la piscine et la table de ping-pong.

Wunderschönen Ferien in Agay

Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet, sehr funktionell und an bester Lage. Ob mann Klettern, Mountainbiken, Wandern oder Baden möchte, mann kann immer von der Villa aus starten, ohne das Auto zu benutzen. Es waren wunderschönen Ferien!
