Sunny 4.5-room apartment (105 sqm, max. 4 adults & 2 children) with sea view, large terrace, garden, private parking and a secure bike storage room.

Recently renovated and well located, just a few minutes’ walk from the historic old town and the well-known bike area “Massa Vecchia”. The sea is about 17 km away. After a day of mountain biking, relax on the covered terrace, enjoy the garden and watch the Tuscan sunset. A presto!

If you enjoy Tuscany, nature, day trips to the Chianti region, mountain bike tours, a day at free beaches or simply taking things slow, this is a good place to stay.

BEDROOMS

The apartment has three double bedrooms:

one bedroom with a double bed (160 × 200 cm)

two bedrooms with two single beds each (90 × 200 cm)
All rooms offer sufficient storage space.

KITCHEN / DINING AREA

The kitchen is new, spacious and fully equipped with an induction hob, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, Nespresso machine and Aeroccino milk frother.

LIVING ROOM

The living room (with balcony) offers a large sofa, two armchairs, a round table and plenty of space to relax, read or work. Board games are available in German.

BATHROOMS

The apartment has two bathrooms (one with a shower/bathtub). A washing machine, hairdryer and towels are provided.

COVERED TERRACE (4.50 × 5.30 m)

One of the highlights of the apartment. The covered and sheltered terrace offers a dining table, two sun loungers and plenty of natural light.

GARDEN

Private garden seating area with sun loungers and a space to clean bikes.

PARKING

One reserved parking space about 100 m from the apartment, plus public parking spaces nearby.

EXTRAS

Beach kit with parasol and beach towels available for use.

SURROUNDINGS

The apartment is located on a quiet residential street at the entrance of the village, just a short walk from the old town. It is a starting point for some of the best MTB trails in the area. The nearest seaside town (Follonica) is about 17 km away. Siena, the island of Elba, San Gimignano and the Terme di Saturnia can be reached by car within 1 to 2 hours.
