Farm 10 minutes from downtown Castiglione della Pescaia

The Hortensiae house is located on the first floor of a farmhouse completely surrounded by the tranquility of the Tuscan Maremma. It comprises a living room with kitchen, a double bedroom, a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a second single bed, and a bathroom with shower. The stairs leading to the apartment are shared with another apartment.
Around the villa there are various relaxation areas where you can eat, sunbathe, read, and take long walks in nature.
This property enjoys a strategic location, close to Castiglione della Pescaia but completely immersed in the Mediterranean scrub. The sea is easily reached in 10 minutes by car, as are all amenities.
Amenities include use of the washing machine in the laundry room and Wi-Fi.
Please note that this farmhouse comprises three residential units, so you may encounter other guests in the shared outdoor areas or passageways. However, there are designated areas for the exclusive use of each apartment. Our property accepts pets, provided they are well-behaved and respectful of our guests.

The Carboni family will always be present upon your arrival to personally hand over the keys. We are also available to answer any questions you may have about Castiglione della Pescaia and its amenities, as well as offer advice on nearby excursions. Before, during, and after your stay, we will always be available by email and telephone for any needs you may have, and we can meet whenever necessary during your stay.
