About this property

Affordable getaway, but close to it all

Our property is a beautifully decorated single family home with all new black stainless steel appliances. Full size washer/dryer, dishwasher, French door refrigerator, granite counter tops and all kitchen amenities. Community pool (Memorial Day-Labor Day) & walking trails. Home is situated in a cul-de-sac with a large pond in the back yard with illuminated fountains at night. Private driveway and on street parking. Home features a sun-room and large deck over looking the pond. Ten minute drive to the beach and Cape Henlopen State Park which has a 17 miles bike trail loop to Rehoboth Beach and back through their property and rails to trails system. Eight minute drive to Jungle Jim's water park and two minutes to the Tanger Outlets if shopping is your thing. This property is also Twenty Eight minutes to the SPORTS at the BEACH complex. Very quite private community, we cater to family vacations and sports families. **Absolutely, positively NO SENIOR WEEK rentals allowed to anyone under the age of 30** Our check in time is 4pm and check out time is by or before 10 am. Requested for early check In’s or late check outs if accommodated will be charges a rate of $10/hr subtracted from security deposit. We prefer to rent Saturday-Saturday (or some part of), please no requests for long weekends which encompass two rental weeks during peak summer season (ex. Thursday-Sun). We would consider something like Wednesday-Saturday.** Thank you!!!

Fabulous break!

The house was lovely, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and Brian was always available if needed, only a short drive from Lewes, Bethany and Rohoboth, the kids loved the bunk beds and toasting marshmallows over the fire pit in the evenings. The house is set in a very pretty location away from the busy streets and very peaceful. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you xx

Perfect beach house!

My family and I stayed 5 nights in this wonderful home. It was much larger than we expected and beautifully decorated, which made the trip feel even more special. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The back porch and deck were so relaxing and quiet at night (with the bull frogs!). The kids loved the bunk beds, which were very sturdy and safe. The location was perfect, close to town but yet back off of the busy highway in a quiet neighborhood. We spent our days on the beaches/boardwalk of Rehoboth, went to the Dewey bonfire, and got ice cream at King's in Lewes. All were a short drive from the home. Brian was a wonderful host, very thoughtful and welcoming! We will definitely stay here again!

You cannot get better then this! As you walk in you feel like you are in a beach getaway! The Master bedroom in itself is like you are staying at the highest end resort! Whether traveling as a family or alone this is your home away from home! Beautifully decorated and VERY clean! At night enjoy dinner on the deck while enjoying the beautiful pond view! Then wake up and enjoy it all over again while having your morning coffee! Very quiet area and a very nice pool for days you want to relax by the house! Very close to the beaches and boardwalk and some very nice restaurants! You will not be unhappy with your choice in this house and staying in this quaint beach town! Lots to offer in the house and in the area!! Enjoy

We would come back in a heartbeat!

We loved our stay at this property! The house perfectly suited our needs. We were 4 adults and a 2 year old most of the trip (we had 2 more adults just for 2 nights). There is an adorable toddler bed in the master closet that our son fell in love with. We are even going to upgrade him to a big boy bed after this trip. It was great for him to have his own space while still allowing us to keep an eye on him. One of our favorite spaces was the enclosed porch. We spent a lot of family time out there, as well as around the fire pit. We enjoyed going for walks around the pond in the back and especially hearing the crazy loud bullfrogs. The kitchen had everything we needed to be comfortable and cook the meals that we wanted. The proximity to the beach was also great- we were on the beach 15-20 minutes after leaving the house. Parking was easy in town and we never had to walk too far. The community pool was our son's favorite part. It had limited opening times due to Covid but we enjoyed every second of our swims. There were plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, and sand toys for our convenience. The house also had a game closet which we dug into a few nights as well. The beds were super comfortable which was a huge bonus for us. Brian and Tina were so incredibly responsive to any questions we had and checked in with us to make sure we were okay. They are probably the best VRBO hosts we have ever had. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great trip!

Awesome house in great location for family & friends long weekend

This house is a great little gem! We had 5 adults and 1 child (9 year old) staying together. We had the BEST time. Brian is a wonderful host who not only maintained great communication with us throughout our stay but also put a lot of effort into the amazing decorations and thoughtful touches all around. We only had to bring ourselves, clothes, linens and food. Everything else was available for us. My son really enjoyed having a bike there for him to ride, there were tons of other amenities such as a basketball game in the garage as well as a toy box full of coloring books and other things. The King bedroom was amazing and quiet. This house really has everything you would need so you can concentrate on vacation. There is a chiminea outside also and the bullfrogs were out in force so we all enjoyed our evenings out on the deck. We didn't have a chance to go to the pool as we were at the beach but Brian had thought of everything you might need at the beach as well - chairs, toys, cooler - even fishing equipment if we had wanted to go that route. We wanted to show our friends what Southern Delaware had to offer and we feel we accomplished our goal! Highly recommend this house as an alternative to the very high priced houses that are closer to the beach. Both Lewes and Rehoboth beaches are within a short drive. This house sits in a cul-de-sac in a quiet little community. We even enjoyed taking some evening walks around the fountains. Precious family memories were made and we feel we got a great deal. Our friend visiting from AZ asked us for instructions on how to book via HomeAway so we know he will be planning a trip with his own family within the next year.

Lovely House in a Quiet Neighborhood

We loved our stay! Spacious for 5 of us and comfortable. Kitchen was well-stocked (just bring your own spices, seasonings, cooking oil, condiments.) The outdoor sitting area was nice for grilling and had a pretty view of the pond. Quiet neighborhood to unwind yet close to area attractions. There were several beach essentials provided as well as playing cards and games. Owners were friendly and responsive!

Pretty and peaceful

The photos give a very accurate idea of the setting. The house has everything you might need. Being able to have breakfast and dinner in the deck with a spacious view is quite a treat. The beaches and supermarket are close. Brian´s communications are immediate and complete. Couldn´t ask for much more.

Rehoboth beach Gem

My family and I had such an amazing time renting this property. The owner was very pleasant to deal with and also very attentive. The rental is not far from the beach, it was kept very well and immaculately clean upon check in. The house was decorated very cute in a tropical and beach like theme. From beach chairs, a fire pit, surround sound, and all the lighting you can need in a home, it truly included every amenity needed for a perfect vacation. I would highly recommend this property for rent and look forward to coming back next year!

A week in Rehobeth

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. It was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated and appointed with all the essentials. The view of the pond was especially nice. And I especially loved the three season room in the back of the house in the morning with my coffee. The king size bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable and there was tons of storage as well. The drive to the beach was short and we also enjoyed a few of the terrific golf courses during our visit. Brian's communications with us were perfectly timed throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this place if you're planning to visit Rehobeth.

Our stay at this house was very comfortable. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The outdoor space was great and had a nice pond area, that we enjoyed taking walks around in the evening. If I had any questions, Brian was very quick to respond. Great family vacation!

This house was perfect for our family of four plus my in-laws! My kids (6 and 9) loved the bunk beds, the bikes and the pool! The rest of us loved all of the space, the well-equipped kitchen and the clean house! The location was perfect--a block to the community pool (easy walk/bike ride even for the kids!), a pond in the backyard and the neighborhood is just perfect for walking, running (nice and flat!!) and biking! It was about 15 minutes to the beach since we were there during the busy season, and about 5 minutes to the grocery store and some restaurants. The owner was extremely responsive and we hope to return in the future!!

Life on the pond

We had a great vacation. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We loved the screened in porch, and hearing the bull frogs on the pond. We did have a small plumbing problem but the home owner took care of it immediately. The swimming pool was good and we basically had it to ourselves. The welcome packet of information was very good and helpful. We would definitely go back again.

This house was perfect for our family! From the minute that we walked in the door we felt like we were in a little paradise away from the stresses of everyday life! The house has a tropical feel and the furniture was beautiful! I was also very impressed at how spotless everything was! All of the amenities were great and just as advertised! We had plenty of room for all of the adults as well as the great bunk bed room for the kids! It was so peaceful sitting on the deck at night with the view of the pond with the tiki torches flickering! Kids had a blast with the basketball game in the garage, Wii, toys and board games in the closet! Plus, we were only 10 minutes away from everything and had a blast riding bikes at Cape Henlopen State Park and going to the beach during the day! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us...we will be back for sure!

Nice little place not far from anything

We were looking for a nice house close to the beach that allowed only a few nights stay and found just that! There were very little issues with the place itself and it was in the middle of everything (we never drove more than 10 minutes away).

Great Time

Our family had a great time at the house. The kids loved the bunk beds and the evenings were beautiful on the deck. The pool was a great option for the days that we couldn't get to the beach. Rehoboth beach and boardwalk were a short drive away and Henlopen State Park had much to offer.

Best house in Rehoboth!!!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed this beach house we rented for a family vacation. It had all the amenities we could ask for. It was our home away from home. It was a nice experience to book this home as the owners are very friendly. The entire house was clean and it had a wonderful décor. We very much enjoyed the custom murals in the living room, but loved the laundry room mural that seemed to have a family touch to it. The bedrooms were excellent size. The master bedroom was huge with a great closet and large bathroom. The middle bedroom was a great size also with a queen bed. The third bedroom was great with the bunk beds as it was perfect for the kids and adult family members. (Kids got the top bunks). We loved sitting out on the deck each morning for breakfast. It’s a beautiful view of a pond and so peaceful. At night it was just as nice for dinner and drinks while listening to the music thru the deck speakers. We loved having the option to either go to the beach which was only 10mins away or the community pool that was within walking distance. We also enjoyed the use of the bikes, Wii games, Basketball game, movies, and board games. Another bonus to this house was it was in a great location to access all three outlets for those who enjoy shopping. I would recommend staying here for anyone who wants to experience Rehoboth at its best. It was one of the best family vacations we have ever had and we would love to get back someday soon! My only complaint is that it's so hard to leave :)
