Welcome to this beautiful villa in Pollença ideal for 4 guests.
With beautiful exteriors, the house stands out for its tranquillity. In the garden you will find the private chlorine pool which measures 11m x 4m and has a depth of between 1.20m and 1.90m. The pool area has sun loungers and a parasol where you can lie down and relax in the sun. There is also a porch where you can enjoy a delicious meal prepared on the fixed barbecue nearby or if you prefer you can extend your evenings in the sofa area also located in the same area.

The interior of the house is distributed on one floor and opens onto a spacious living room equipped with Smart TV and air conditioning. The ceramic hob kitchen is ideal for sharing moments with your companions and is equipped with all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. When it is time to sleep you will find two complete bedrooms, the first one has two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub and the second one has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with hydromassage bathtub. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned and if you are travelling with your baby we can provide you with a cot and high chair.

The location is ideal as it is in Pollença, a beautiful village in the north of the island famous for its natural beauty and peaceful atmosphere. Less than 1km from the property you will find all amenities such as bars, restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies. The beautiful Platja de Can Cap de Bou is only 6 km away and is perfect for sunny days by the sea. There is also the long promenade of Puerto de Pollença, where you will find a wide variety of bars and restaurants where you can enjoy the rich Spanish gastronomy.
