Lovely quiet apartment with great pool

We loved the apartment . It was just as in the photos and the bed was comfortable and air con in living room was enough for bedroom too. Two mins walk to beach and restaurants . Best part was the pool which despite being August was not busy at all. It’s nicer than in the photos and there are lots of sun beds. Terrace was lovely. Would recommend.

Great location, so close to the beach and many restaurants and bars. Shared pool often quiet and really good size. Crockery at the property quite limited (not many glasses, no baking trays) and property would benefit from a guest booksimilar with info. But overall a lovely stay!

Mooi appartement op een goede locatie

Je loopt zo de boulevard op en binnen 15 minuten loop je oude stad in. Daarnaast is het appartement voorzien van alle gemakken. Zwembad is wat verouderd, maar wel super schoon.

Great place to stay!

A nice appartment with all the necessary amenities. Good location and a nice appartment. The pool was clean. Not that you necessarily want to bother with this on holiday, but it would be nice to have more cleaning stuff. We rented this apartament for 10 days and then it gets dirty anyway. This saves for the cleaner and is also nice for the guest. In addition, the keychain contains 2 keys, but so far we do not know what the 2nd key was for.

Schönes Apartment mit sauberem Gemeinschaftspool

Sehr einfacher Check-in und Check-out. Großer Balkon. Die Tür vom Badezimmer hat sich allerdings scheinbar verzogen, sodass sie sich schwer schließen lässt. Zudem haben wir einen Pfannenwender vermisst. Das Klopapier war sehr knapp bemessen. Alles in allem aber eine schöne Unterkunft mit idealer Lage zum Strand. Vielen Dank, dass wir dort verbleiben durften :-)

The location, close to the Beach, restaurants. Parking was easy and close. It would have been nice to have basic things, like salt&pepper, olive oil, napkins, extra garbage bags. Also, a few cleaning products would have been useful for a long stay.

Schöne saubere Wohnung

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Weihnachtsurlaub. Die Wohnung ist nach Norden ausgerichtet, das ist im Sommer sicherlich sehr angenehm. Im Winter hat es zur Folge, dass man die wärmenden Strahlen der Sonne nicht auf dem Balkon genießen kann. Da die Wohnung aber so nah an der Strandpromenade liegt, war das kein Problem, dort hatten wir viele sonnige Momente.

Die Lage ist recht nah am Strand, der Boden in der ganzen Wohnung schön neu renoviert. Allerdings haben wir es noch nie erlebt, dass das Bett nicht bezogen war. Die Wohnung liegt direkt neben dem Treppenhaus und sobald jemand mit lauten Schuhen hoch oder runterläuft, ist das besonders früh am Morgen doch echt laut. Die Ausstattung ist ok, der Tisch vor der Couch fehlt immer noch...

Very nice accommodation

Very nice accommodation and very clean and tidy, the apartment has everything you need to enjoy your stay. The only thing that let's it down is the very limited wifi and an extreme lack of english channels on the telly. Fortunately we had a netflix we could sign into. Location is great very near to shops and beach.

A great location in a great resort

We were very pleasantly surprised by Alcudia and what it had to offer - there is something for all ages and abilities. We were there in April so the resort was reasonably quiet which suited us.The accommodation is literally a 100m from a beautiful sandy beach and is spacious for two adults and is generally well equipped. There were a few differences between this HomeAway property and others we have used. As the apartment is managed by an agent we never had contact with the owner. The apartment has been refurbished but I would suggest that the towels and bed linen be replaced - they are quite old and definitely well used. Be aware that the apartment is only serviced at the end of the stay, we were there two weeks so there was quite a bit of washing to do! There is also a limit on the WiFi - we only used it for social media and listening to the radio a couple of evenings and had to ask for extra. I am not sure and never really got to the bottom of why the pool was not available and looking back at the pictures on Home Away I can see now that it was shut when the picture was taken - if you are booking and want to use it, it might be worth asking beforehand. A great destination and an apartment in a great location that has considerable potential.

Sehr charmantes Apartment in toller Lage! Strand, Restaurants und Shops sind alle in der unmittelbaren Umgebung und es gibt gute Busverbindungen in alle Richtungen, auch nach Palma. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen und uns wie zuhause gefühlt.
