Der Abfluss der Dusche im kleineren Bad war verstopft, sodass diese nicht genutzt werden konnte. Einzelne Glühbirnen waren defekt.Das Schloss der Wohnungstür ist schwer zu betätigen. Der Türgriff des kleineren Bades fiel ständig ab.
