→ a large, pull-out sofa bed (277 x 175 cm) in the living room
→ fast, free and unlimited internet (Wi-Fi) - (WLAN)
→ 2 x large Samsung Smart TVs (43" and 55") with over 100 TV channels each
→ 2 x coffee machines (organic and capsules)
→ Completely refurnished and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher
→ Washing machine with dryer, clothes horse, iron, ironing board

→ Walking distance to the train station in about 10 minutes and from 5 minutes to restaurants, pizzerias, bakeries and supermarkets.

The bus stop for connections to the whole city is a 2-minute walk from the apartment.
