Petite house "Gîte Le Sun House" with shared pool, private terrace and Wi-Fi

Located in a shared courtyard, Le Sun House welcomes up to 7 guests and features a fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. The living area combines lounge and dining space. The bathroom offers a sink, shower and toilet. Heating is provided by central oil heating (19°C) and a pellet stove (pellets not provided). Enjoy your own private terrace within a 2,000 m² shared courtyard. Three bedrooms: a family room with a double bed (160 cm) and a single bed (90 cm), a children’s room with bunk beds (90 cm), and a room with two single beds (90 cm). Perfect for families seeking relaxation and adventure!

Enjoy the shared saltwater pool, children’s play area, pétanque court, and large terrace with barbecue and plancha at the Logis cottages in Saint-Romain-de-Benet. You have access to a games room, table tennis, foosball, and a 5,500 m² garden. The entire property is shared with the owners and three cottages.



In the village center, you’ll find a bakery, butcher, and bar-tabac. Saujon is 7 minutes away, Royan and Saintes are 15 minutes away. A supermarket is 7 minutes away.



Parking is 140 m away. Bed linen, tea towels, basic products, and groceries are provided on arrival. Beds made, towels, grocery delivery, and cleaning are available for an extra charge.



Arrival between 5 pm and 7 pm, departure at 10 am. Late check-out possible for an extra charge. Parties and bachelor/bachelorette events are not allowed. Owners on site.
